I lagged bumped into JB (I swear hand on heart it was a lag bump and nothing else, on my screen I was about 2 car lengths behind ) with about 5 laps left in race 1 in the 2nd sector, I dont mind swapping places with JB.

Nel dont sweat on this too much the races were great tonight probably the best so far this season quality wise. Pop round and harvest my top field nextweek or summink.💡

Ive heard its never the best thing setup wise to set your car on fire before hand tbh 💡

Great race 2. Although it started really bad for me with crazy lag for the first 3 laps that caused me to run into a laggy car on the main straight which caused me to stop dead with engine damage. I lost a good 10 or so seconds wih that and was around 18 secs off he lead but I slowly caught up to around 10 secs before all the 2 stoppers pitted. I went to lap 14/15 until I stopped and came out where I expected and just cruised the first 4 laps, I passed King and continued on my way. Then in the last 8 laps I started pushing to catch Gedi since I knew everyone behind wasn't going to be a problem with 4 to go I cut his lead down around to 3 seconds then with 2 to go caugh his draft. On the last lapp I was all over Gedi looking for a way past but couldn't find one. I decided I should probaly try get him on the run to the line but unlucky Gedi spun in the last corner seemingly making a mistake under the pressure or lost his rear grip.

So I took the win and was delighted .

Edit: Also theres not much to photograph of race 2 since I was alone for the most part . I'll have a look at some of the other guys and maybe try take some pictures.

Race 2 was the best ever race I've had on gt5 thanks guys 👍

If I'd had overtook R35 in the first stint I think I'd of had a very good chance

I remember seeing the bit 'gedi leads at the control line' and thought good lad! Sounds like you did what I did last lap of race 2.

2nd JB. Give me a pole and ill win! :-) he he good start from you tho. I was playing team orders race 1 but then you made a mistake going onto the back straight & I had to go for it. Tried my hardest to follow cleanly behind. I think everyone did. It was very clean racing.

Had an issue with Nels but its all good, all enjoyed so we's happy.

By issue we mean, I took a short cut, T-boning him across the Indy Road Course all the way to Daytona Road Course were the impact of the crash gave JB concussion and he carried on thinking he'd won the race by a mile


(or, I lagged quite a bit which punted him off)
