You did really well mate and I'm glad that you're enjoying it. đź‘Ť I would say that you're probably better with the wheel, because you maybe struggled with the pad.....My wheel came 3 days before bathurst and I think I did ok with it
....My dad wouldn't be able to drive with a controller, but I'm sure that he'd be at home on the wheel, whereas my nephew would no doubt be better with a pad. Basically it's what feels most comfortable and natural.
Stig, don't try to follow my driving line/style, I'm having a tough time with this car and it takes some driving. Quade's explanation was very good though, trail braking is something which 'can' help with the right setup and loads of practice. It's not easy to master though.
Usually I would get my braking done before turning in.
