I'm guessing that everyone that took part last season can remember the epic pit lane block at the very first round (Spa) last season. @DirtyNurbKing58 did such an awesome job.......

I thought that this was the most amazing accident in the history of the BTCC, who would have thought that such a thing was possible.

Yesterday I did some testing at Tokyo and during a practice this happened:

I wonder who that could be, it couldn't be our old mate @DirtyNurbKing58 again could it? I swear to god he's practising so that he can recreate it again on the first round of season 8. My advice is to pit before he does. ;)

I am running a better conn this season
I hope that you weren't running the better connection the other day when you kept DC'ing at Tokyo. Internet connections need to be near perfect for GT6, I have no idea why it's more fussy than GT5 but for some reason it is.

I've seen this post and am considering a ban. :sly:

just got home and look what i return to.......
what excuse can i use? ah page 42, 'oil on track' ;)
Ahh, that's a good one to use, there's only one problem with that excuse. You were the one suffering engine failures, so it could have been oil from your car. Loose sump plug perhaps?

Still looking for 2 more drivers. Also @rolo912011 my team will be running Jaguars.

I can't give you another full-time space at the moment. Right now I only have one entry down for your team (Gino) and all 24 spaces are full. So unless you're happy for the team-mate to be either someone without a team right now, or who's prepared to be reserve, you may have to change your plans until a space might become free?

There are gonna have to be two or three off-weeks between now and the end of the season due to my work commitments. Will specify a bit later.

OK regarding this.... the following Thursdays are affected by my work commitments:

15th May (Pre-Season)
22nd May
29th May
5th June

Depending on what time I finish work each day (which I will hopefully find out later this week), there could be difficulties with all four of these Thursdays. If I need to work the longer shift on those days then I won't be home until around 7.15. If I don't need to, I can be back at 6.15 and therefore in time to go as usual at 6.45 for Pre-Q (I would hope).

The options are these really:
  1. Move start time forwards one hour to 7.45pm each time this applies, then run as normal
  2. Cancel the racing on these weeks and have off-weeks (basically enough to delay season start)
I appreciate some of you may not be able to make all the racing if it gets shunted forwards an hour, so I'm gonna need some input. At the very least, with regards to the pre-season week that's affected, I could make it so that no points are scored for taking part on that week to make it fair.

Depends what people can do. Views?

I am fine with anything, but I think delayed start or gap weeks is best
