Hmmm.... I might have a look in my garage when my bob's return online with my money. As this thread is thread is a little off-topic at the moment; I was wondering if anyone would be interested in my Series as well, a Saturday Night TOCA Touring Car Series that is 3 rounds complete out of 7, but open for entries anytime. Just to drop it in here.

I'm going to have a look in my garage now... this looks promising guys...

EDIT: Found an Atenza in my garage....

Yeah :) I guess with PSN offline, everything gets put on hold, off-topic threads like this are bound to happen to keep things intertesting lol, its off-topic or no posting at the moment basically. Killed the BTCC topic now, just need it to start.

Impatience huh? Same here. My series was warming up nicely when this PSN Outage happened.... One point. Heavy damage - is that wise? In my series we run with limited damage, as it punishes mistakes, but never puts someone out of contention. Also, lag-induced collisions could damage someone, and it could be no-one's fault at all....

It is cheaper to upgrade your current PC, usually.

Add a CPU and graphics card, will cost £200 for good ones, and will out perform the PC you shown me.

Not if you have a slim pc. Which i have. Graphic cards for the slim don't perform as good. Slim pc's are seriously not for the gaming type.
My specs

2.7 AMD Athlon II X2
3GB DDR2
640GB
8400GS+S 1GB

Can run Call of Duty on low settings and Company Of Hero's.

No it's not...

I'm going to stay in this as a reserve. I'll quitely work on my Atenza. By the way, if anyone wants more touring car iaction, have a look at my series. You guys seem serious about it.

Heavy damage is horrible, but that's the point, we all drive close but very carefully.

Heavy damage encourages better driving.

We run in private rooms only when doing races, keeps it smooooth.

;)

I host the Clio Cup but I do have an awful connection, it behaves on race day though lol.

HMS could host it maybe, not sure.

I couldnt tell you what i have in mine haha.. not into all that.. bought it off a copmpany that specialise in building gaming systems.. cant remember the company name.. But it even has a blu ray re-writer.. i mean.. COME ON!!!!! lol

I don't mind if needed,

I would suggest the host has a wired connection tho as that would help keeping it stable.

That's not the premium one is it ?
Hmm, good shout. Bit late though.

In the 2007 WTCC there is the older 3 series and the newer 1

We should just go ahead and call the next series the WTCC.
Then base everything on the 290bhp and 1140kg :)

I'd love to go to WTCC rules , and yeah it's the standard M3 , it requires no de tuning an it weighs around 1300kg fully stripped and comes to exacty 350bhp and 500pp ;)

Is the alfa 155 in the UCD? that's fast on Race07 xD

Bit heavy that ? lol

Just got college grant, from £1 to £1667 xD

Don't forget the 156 v6.

Nah. Keep to the BTCC brand - best touring car championship in the world. I like the idea of the bhp & weight - allows a wider variety of cars to compete.

We have max people but I have no doubt people will drop out so just stay keen and you may get in last minute :-)

I started playing on STCC2 just before, and it was so awesome... (un-modded)

Was pleseantly supprised at the quality of the game. Physics and sound are awesome.

One sound imparticular made my day. The VW Sirrocco STCC Car is turbocharged, and it is obviously lacking in a BOV (Blow off valve).

Compressor Stall FTW ! A noise I am yet to hear on GT5.

bit more on compressor stall here ... http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showwiki.php?title=Turbo+compressor+stall

I qualified pole, won the 1st race, started 8th in second race, and came 3rd in that with ballast. And I was held up on 1st corner due to someone else crashing, others just flew past me when I had to stop lol.

http://steamcommunity.com/id/gtwelsh/screenshots few shots of the results and stuff.

Video...

I am right arn't I ? It does sound like it :) .

Definately needs a blow off valve haha...

Anyway.. I'm gonna be a bit inactive over the next weeks but will be on now and then.. got a couple of projects i've been assigned to so hopefully i'll be having more fun anyways :)
Big engine builds with reasonably new chassis' so will be fun, dont kow what there off of though :/
