oops, just worked out i cant beat glen lol. just to clarify, i'll take rolo and canyon as example. with dropped scores rolo has 260 and canyon has 254. so if rolo fails to score more than 38pts, he will stay on 260. but if canyon scores 40 pts if this happens, canyon would be champion?
 
Talking about it, can we get a prospect of the track vote and results?

I voted nur ad first AMD Monza too, i'm surprised neither passed the cut

Nope I need more than 40 because of my half drop score so it's unlikely that I'll be champion...I'm hoping for 3rd if I'm honest...Oh well there's always next season
 
I did a few laps on Saturday night (literally only a few, not 25, lol) and I couldn't dip below a 2:15 no matter how hard I tried. If I remember rightly, we did a test race around here before the season started and I was shockingly slow in the Honda. So on that basis I'll try to aim for consistency rather than outright pace.

I'm counting down the days to GT6... I hope that it gets delivered on Friday, I'll be so cheesed off if it arrives late.
 
Don't think my wheel is going to arrive in time for Thursday. My own fault for being cheap and choosing the FREE super saver 3-5 day delivery. And it was Black Friday when I ordered it so probably one of the busiest days for Amazon all year. Very much doubt I can score the points I'd need on the pad.

I must confess I've since discovered a small boo in amongst all the haze of all the maths. Technically, if Rob scores 0 next week and you and Canyon together score 70 or more, then Buckfast will nick it by a point.

But shhhhhhh, it's all irrelevant, Rob's racing anyway! S**ts**ts**ts**ts**t :P ;)

I don't think this is true. PAR have a guaranteed 464pts from 6 rounds. If they score 70pts or less at Nurb it will stay at 464pts. If they score more than 70pts that total will increase.

Buckfast only have a guaranteed 395pts from 6 rounds. Even if I go to Nurb and score a perfect maximum of 67pts it would only put Buckfast on 426pts. You were right initially; PAR have won regardless of any scenario not including Weezy.

If any of the guys here would like to lend me a hand balancing some cars for the enduro serie i plan i would be really grateful! :) i can't be too much good doing it myself alone 'cause i'm not that fast or a good racer, expecially with eventual fr cars...
 
Well I finally have a job now that I've passed my telescopic forklift test...the even better news is that I finish work at 4:30 so I should be home in plenty of time for Thursday's finale.​
 
Don't think I'll be able to make Thursday, got alot on with both jobs.
I will try but I can't see me getting to bed till about 15:00 and that also be day 3 of 16 hours shifts :(
 
yeah its a good time mate...looks like its going to be another close race...ive gotten down into the low 15's running at 459pp so as long as I keep it on the black stuff I should be able to keep up:cheers:
 
I wonder if game will be keeping up with their sending pre order games a day early?...every game I have ever pre ordered from game has come the day before official release...so I might get the chance to start gt6 on Thursday after our race...fingers crossed
 
Did some running with the PP handicap and clocked a 2:15.360 personal best. Tomorrow is going to see me, Canyon, Skeng and Rolo under huge pressure in this final bout.
 
sorry i havn't done much this season, having crap internet at college doesn't help. I will try my best to join last race, But I havn't been able to sign into psn all week so :c
 
Well I'm really dissapointed with myself at the moment, I did some solo laps and I'm well and truly off the pace. I have no idea why but I'm struggling to find where I'm going wrong and loosing the time.

I'm not looking forward to this one little bit.
 
I'm quite slow too mate, i guess those fighting for title will manage to pull away. Better so, i already felt unconfortable driving around them last week figure now O_o

Yes good luck to all of you. however i do think its rolo's to lose. But just remember guys, GT6 OUT TOMORROW! :) I will be so annoyed if i come home from college and it's not there :(
 
Well mine was dispatched on Wednesday and it's 2-working days delivery, so I'm expecting it tomorrow. :)
 
I've never done an online pre-order for a game. Always have the fear it won't arrive for days or at all, and then what do you do? Just gonna wander into 24hr Tesco early and snag a copy. Simple but effective.

Received a parcel from Logitech this afternoon so I'm semi-'back in the game.' Ran half a dozen laps to set the position of the seat and wheel to pedals. Feels a lot more crude than the G27 but it is. Still, definitely preferable to a pad. And crucially NO STICKING THROTTLE! Wow am I not going to miss that.

Today, with the weather conditions and a severe sea surge - a Severe Flood Warning (Severe Flooding, Danger to life.) in Cleethorpes has been announced. Therefore, I shall be keeping a close eye on the conditions and water levels during this evening in the event myself and the wife have to evacuate.

I'm actually in the middle of one severe flood warning and one moderate flood warning when it comes to that... benefits of living on a cliff, I suppose... if it's bad as they say then we could become an island for a little bit though!
 
At least the wind speed has dropped now. I was worried for a while, I've got a mahoosive christmas tree in the garden and it was taking a real battering.
 
Well, saying I'm near the coast and the sea is up the pavement now (I'm like a street away from the coast) - and the high tide is at 7:04PM; we're about to be evacuated within the next 5 minutes.. May return home to some soggy Christmas decorations! :ouch:
