ABS 1 makes it impossible to "lock up" You have never raced ABS off clearly, I have worlds apart ABS off to 1.

So I tapped you maybe once cause you were much slower (1-1.5 secs off my pace), so that gives you the right you destroy me after SC and drive off? :ill:

I don't understand this because your no part of PURE. So no idea why you said "you are welcome back to PURE", ypu should try racing in one of our many PURE series, you'll see the level of driving is much higher and we are much, much more strict on contact/dirty driving. Side note I am well respected in PURE for my clean, fair driving which I pride myself on. So to be called out on it by you is rich to say the least.

Sorry if this seems harsh but it's true, I'm also known for speaking my mind and not mincing my words ;).
 
Advice guys. Get a proper penalty system sorted, TOCA ha become so much better since we got one.

no clue about this PURE you talk about (link please?) but you did tap me wide to pass me, but i consider it normal racing, i ACTUALLY was SLOWER (like 2.5 sec per lap from others) so didn't complain at all.

But i tell you paul on my vectra with abs 1 you can lock up and go straight, expecially if you try to turn you wheels an inch while braking.

Um the hell you let me back by you punted me after the SC and drove off, I caught up 3 laps later and passed! (Race 2) Also "locked up" BS you cannot lock up with ABS on! :banghead:

In race 1 I was minding me own bussiness when I got smashed so hard my cars rear wheels were broken.

Also I'd love for you to tell me when I hit you, cause everytime we collided you were doing the hitting, not me.

Wow just watching lap 1... Geeky 👎. Corner speed 60-63, Geeky speed 78! You were never making that corner! Yes you did give that one back still learn how to drive in a pack instead of plowing into it :crazy:.

Gedi it was SC61 doing the exact same thing that Geeky did to me a lap earlier :ill:.

This man is in shock at such bad driving. Back to proper racing in PURE me thinks.

Not really, just one or two incidents which have been blown out of proportion

I could criticise other people's driving but...
1. I'm not up my own arse
2. I'm in it for the love :)
 
Look at racing series section theres tonnes of PURE series, past and present. How can you miss them :sly:.

At that rate there will be more PURE series than racers in here :lol:.

Poor Karsten the British humour is a wierd one for others to understand.

he thinks that all the racers here are little kids that will go running away when a race goes bad, or they get caught in an accident.

as far as i know no-one here left because of any problems or crash so far.

Just saying it's happened before, people leaving the series for good because it hasn't gone their way

Im quite offended by that actually...Sure PURE may be for advanced GT5 ers and what not but to say something like that is just disrespectful.

And to be fair mate, none of us are perfect, including you. Under braking in the concrete corner you over shot ur brakes and hit my backside, almost sending me into a spin. If I were to be driving with my wheel then I was for sure a gonner...The ability to easily countersteer with the pad saved me I guess...

I didnt say slow down idiot, I said "SLOW DOWN!!!" and I can distinctly remember the 3 exclamation points....Safety car was called out and well everyone was going full pace....

We really need to revise our rules. Safety car is just a mess, I dont think people understand the concept of this....We need to seriously hand out time penalties because it is just a joke now....I probably overtook around 6 cars in both races combined and I started right from the back in both races...The low number in overtakes was due to crashes and what not...I probably overtook around 3-4 cars at the same time in that concrete corner due to a heavy accident....Smoke everywhere with cars in barriers and ****....

Also I am sick and tired of all the vectra banter from the vectra lads, I understand a bit of joking about its lack of pace but you guys had your chance two weeks ago to switch to a better car....Its just moaning now....If you have a problem with it, feel free to change your car....

I have to agree, sadly. Penalties need to get stricter, since it's clear the contact is annoying many folks in the series now. I'm not sure warnings are enough of a deterrent.

Hopefully with testing we can better equalise cars for S3, although I'd say the Audi, BMW, Honda and Ford are all basically equal already.
