wasted hours trying to make it faster, but it's just too heavy. going to be lapped at the end of the race, the very best i got is 1:25.000

i'll participate just for the sake of sportmanship.

Puts things into perspective somewhat wish him all the best fella:tup: As for the Volvo your right its off the pace best i could get was 124.2 the good news is its pretty good on tyres for an FF I would stronglty advise allowing stage 2/3 turbo for the Volvo at least ita atleast capable of 123's then Will send you an FR when its convenint accept it and i will forward the car on goodluck.

If you get bigger turbos, won't that mean you'll have some more torque? If yes I'd say Bimmers should have less penalty because our cars can't get any turbos and we have to weight 1300kg, theoretically meaning less torque/power and more weight.. Damn, it's just because we're RWD

We talking about the Volvo mate it already has more torque than the Civic and Integra for example but its still a bit of a shed and needs help.

Yes you can just de-tune it using the slide bars.

That could be my advantage as I'll only race every second week so the penalty I get for dominating one week will be gone when I race again
I'm still having that opinion that bigger turbos and thereby greater torque will mean more penalty to some cars, not only BMW.. Is it really impossible to reach the limit HP with lvl 1 turbo?

Did testing with John yesterday, and we will be faster through the corners, and our tires will last a lot longer. So as things are now I wouldn't worry about the bimmer.

if you can run the volvo in 1 24 2 _I_ must be the problem, unless you're a super tuner

in any case any change should be made after the first race, doing it before would be unfair to the other teams and racers.

Fairpoint sir, as for the tune no im no expert but set it up the best i can for my driving style. Just hope it helps you a little and you find time to try it out before tonight.👍

I'm surprised about the difference between turbo level 1 and 3 (I asume than in both cases the power was 305hp). I've tried these configurations (with turbo lvl1, lvl2, lvl3) in other cars and the difference was minimum (for the same PP) but I haven't tried it for the Volvo. With level 1 my best lap was 1.23.985. It can be improved, but I don't think that with this configuration we can achieve the 22.6 that some people has gotten

I agree with my teammate, any change in the regulations should be for the next races.
