guys i really have to rant.

I'm not having fun. I'm not talking about my lack of performance, but the fact that i seem to be a favorite target of all kind of ramming.

Really guys, drive with sensibility.

"races are not win first turn" yet 2 times i started in the front 2 times i've been kicked out in the first 20 seconds of race.

also in the rules (that i have read) is stated that if someone damages another player he must wait for him to get back in track and joined behind him.

i always respected this. In all races. even today last lap when geeky in race 2 took a wrong turn at the last corner on last lap (i caught him after 14 laps of race) i touched him and sent him wide.

i just waited for him and gave him the position back. at 100m from the finish line. i even had the fastest lap in race 2... T_T

Shame to hear, I do try to do the same.

Unfortuantly these are the Touring cars, there will be some rumbing, but I will be trying to see what I can do to make sure that it doesnt happen on purpose

it's no use, people should be more careful.

else give a penalty in seconds the same as the time wasted by the other car. but still that is not the point. racing togheter without crashes is the aim not dishing out penalties afterwards.

If we want a clean, respectfully and honest championship, penalties must be applied. I don't mean Geeky has to review all race, but a if a driver thinks he's been involved in an unfair action, he must complain, and Geeky has to review it and take the penalties he considers. Imo, hard penalties for people who don't respect the most important and gentlemanly rule; to give the possition back.

For me the race was clean, but one case like this it's a big pity, mainly because it easy avoidable. And we should be calmer in starts and try not to ruin a driver race.

Also would the BMWs like a weight penalty instead of power disadvantage? I know you guys asked about it, and do we think that the Honda of Johnboy needs weight added?

I'll play the SC if it's ok with Julle, that also means I can look for penalties without people thinking it's personal

And the BMW already has a weight penalty to 1300, but I guess I talk for all non-FF if I say we'd like the minimal weight raised to 1100 kg

And yes, I think for season One we only tested on Autumn Ring. So we do need more tracks tested

Thats correct, it seems like the Intergras' are easily going fast, but I know alot of it is also driving skills from you Johnboy


And for Season 2, how about using the Honda CR-Z, It looks alot like the 2012 spec Civics and even with turbo level 3 it performs the same as the Civic





And for those who think we have tough battles you should view the real BTCC

You lucky 🤬 if only we were allowed to floor it that much in Denmark, here you'll most likely get a DSQ or drive-through for some of the actions you'll get away with.

Would it be possible for anyone to maybe join me for some test tonight around 5 pm gmt? Gotta make sure we race like in the vid for S2

And got another idea, why not (for S2) include an Eifel track? I personally have some really cool ones, I can host that "track generator competition" if you have no complaints

Yes, the MSA who organise the BTCC are quite an easy group

They are NOW yes, take that BTCC definitely gonna go see them sometimes and maybe make a short, noisy video of some of the most powerful touring cars in Europe (DTM and V8SC have a little more power but I doubt the sound of current DTM cars will give you as much goosebums as a Camaro hitting the rev limit at 200km/h (the straights in Denmark are as our country, very small ))

There was waiting going on at Cape Ring and Geeky did his best to penalise those who gained positions unfairly... and the first chicane at Monza is a tricky one - I got rammed once or twice but I braked pretty early so although it's avoidable, it was an easy mistake to make.

Btw, there's some good ideas being thrown around here, but the main thing should be to get an equalised list of cars, then we'll have a great championship.
