That is quite an unusual looking central fin. Going from the shadows that are cast, It reminds me a teeny bit of an aircraft fin.

Yes, there is a strange kink at half the length, and there seems to be some sort of linking poin at the end.

Actually since they've been hinting about their project each day, it sounds like they will release a teaser trailer to their project tomorrow. I'm really surprise at how smart I am with this #ImagineEBugatti discussion. *Also please do not believe in that Illuminati Joke I made about how much horsepower the Bugatti VGT will have. It was made just for fun. It may not sound funny but in a way to me it sounded kinda good for the amount of detail put into it.*

If you look closely at the shadows, its showing antennae on the front. My guess is that is the front of the fin on a lmp1 style airbox/engine cover. Look at the TS040 pit stop for example-

Having Bugatti say that it's car will be a real world car and not a fantasy style car is just what I wanted to hear. The last thing I wanted was another Chevrolet Chapparal or SRT Tomahawk VGT.

Like this? I also put it over the TS040 image that @trustjab posted and it seems to fit pretty well in between the wheel pontoons.

The only thing that does not seem to fit with an LMP1 style model is the engine cover has a deeply lipped edge which fits better with the composite shown above by @MrYasser.

If that is the approach Bugatti are going to take, I imagine it would have better down-force load dispersal, than a regular wing (concentrating the load force on the cars center). I suppose it's kind of similar to those goose neck wings but more extreme.

Don't get so ahead of the ball here. We don't know the actual size and scale of that one piece to be accurately comparing it to anything else just yet.

I can definitely see wing tips on the car's rear, and I'm sure most people who look at that picture very carefully can as well. Also, it does seem that the car may (I say "may", be aware of that) have a single line of light to represent the taillights, a la Mercedes VGT. Unless Bugatti's photo editing is playing tricks on me, that's what I think all that red represents.

I'd love a Bentley VGT too. I did this rough sketch a couple of months back, of what one could possibly look like, (probably wouldn't look anything like it though. Just dreaming, haha)



I may try and redo/finish it off at some point.
