Just some news on this latest product shown with the RSeat formula cockpit.
While this was released some time ago it might be a great and simple addition for many of you sim cokpit guys looking to take advantage of its easy installation.

Based around the Pearl THMP-1 Throne Thumper by ButtKicker, this package gives you more than double the power of the Gamer2 product in this easy to use "plug and play" device - perfect for those who love the Gamer2 but want a more intense experience.

The larger ButtKicker Advance transducer incorporates a single post mount "Fast Clamp" similar to the one used in the Gamer2 product, so can be attached to any vertical post or office type chair.

To further show in perspective how great value the Throne is in particular for UK/Europe as prices for such devices are more expensive than USA:

Is this on the shopping list Latte lol

No, not mine anyways.
It is based on the Advance which probably is the best performing/suited Buttkicker model that you own.
Certainly a nice finish and updated product release though.

Not just based on price or performance but the "Advance" compared to the biggest LFE model requires substantial amplification. This model will be great for sims taking the clamp mechanism like the Gamer(2).

I was thinking it looked like the advance with a nice new paint job

At a quick glance the amplifer uses less wattage to the BKA package which was 300w instead of the 200w with this package.

Will get up specs and verify everything soon...
It has been out for some time already but this is the first I seen it on a cockpit (ref R Seat F1)

Just looks like a much better value for money and performance purchase over the "Gamer 2" which has been so popular in the past.

Your a busy thread starter today mate. How's the things with you?

Guess I feel inspired today, in doing a wee bit on the rig today as well.
Hopefully will have more spare time come Oct/Nov as the peak season for the business is passing.

There's a couple of us that use the Pearl Throne Thumper. :)

Can you confirm the following:
In the manual for the amplifer does it relate to the specs being 2ohm or 4ohm rating.

Buttkicker in the past have had the "Concert" range of products that are more fine tuned to mid frequencies rather than the LFE editions which opt more for low end performance. Usually though the "concert" models utilised 2ohm's.

Essentially this looks to be probably one of the best packages to consider for a cockpit as it isnt that much more expensive over the Gamer.
