C- spec... You get to join the exciting world of broadcasting. A bluetooth headset is required, but then wow.... YOU get to call all the racing action! Online you would form teams of four. While you are calling out the action your best bud will, of course, cover the color commentary, and your girlfriend will be in the pits reporting on all the juicy gossip. The last guy will be in charge of cameras. You win by having higher tv ratings than anyone else.

Commentary Spec 👍

Good idea. 👍

But really what about mode where someone will give you instructions and you should drive acordingto them (Or get kicked).

This is what I was thinking. Join a team, and being reckless can get you kicked. You have to avoid crashing or damaging the car, and idealy win whatever series you enter. You get prize money and money from your team. As you get better, better teams want you to join... maybe they could even make monetary offers for you to join their team. Perhaps they could offer you prize cars for joining as well.

C-Spec is where you, as team principal/race engineer via a specifically developed-for-GT5 headset, can tell player/AI drivers, "[...] is faster than you. Can you confirm you understood that message?"

I see what you did there.. :sly:

C-Spec is where you play a virtual role in the Polyphony Digital team, and take 10 years to design Gran Turismo 7 whilst designing and releasing endless trailers and modelling cars to a detail beyond that of Playstation 5's capabilities. You get bonus points for declaring the game is "beyond photo realistic". This game mode also takes place in real time without a fast forward facility.

BUT...I still LOVE Gran Turismo ;) Its fab! In fact I am going to play it now...see ya guys!

In C-spec you control the pedals while Bob-Spec controls the wheel.

Haha, awesome idea.

Actually I was thinking about this "C-Spec" mode earlier today, and to me it is simply forming a team with Bob. For example in the Super GT championship there'd be 8 teams of 2, each with a car, and you share points at the end of the championship, so you gotta watch Bob's back. Then on the endurance races you would swap with him on the pit stops (if you want). I think it could be pretty cool :)

Good Lad who thought that one up, Guess I'll just stick with him now... love it.

In C-spec you can get out of the car and shoot the other drivers, then throw a grenade into the crowd and fly away in an airplane into a building.

c-spec could about running a car dealership.
d-spec maybe a pit crew.

You play as the driver's mother. You make sure he gets a good night's rest, maintains a good diet, eats a big (but not too big) breakfast before the race, keeps his mind off girls, says a prayer before the race, and most importantly, you have to maintain his attitude just like in B-spec!

in C-spec you make funny jokes about your tame racing driver

Some say he is the worst AI driver imaginable, and that he is deaf. All we know is, he's called Bob

I was thinking about C-spec mode myself while playing B-spec. I think it should be for long and/or endurance races.

Check this out: You and your B-spec racer(s) are on the same team. Any one of you can start the race. If you are racing, and get tired after a long time, you can pit and allow one of your B-spec buddies to drive. It'll still be like B-spec in regards that you can still issue commands (or not if you don't want to). This mode should only be available when you've unlocked endurance races in A and B-spec modes.

Well, I think it would be cool anyway. Hope PD sees this.

I would happily quit my day job if it had this implemented in the game

You act as the mother of your A or B-Spec driver, rooting him on by shouting through the TV. Choose many new exciting commands to use, such as:

DRIVE FASTER!

WIN!

STOP BEING SO SLOW!

With Gran Turismo C-Spec, the possibilities are endless!

C-Spec should be career co-op, whereby you and up to three other teammates run a race and swap human drivers in the pit. Those that aren't driving can watch the race like B-Spec mode.
