Call of Duty: Black Ops II *Releases this week for PS3, PS Vita, 360*

I saw in the trailers on youtube that you can play online with the sniper rifles, but just using the iron sights and not a scope like in WAW. But the two guns I've unlocked so far I can't do it on, or do I need the laser sight attachment?
 
Is the DLC going to include zombie maps as well as MP maps or is it to early to say? Because I'm debating wether to get the season pass or not. If it has zombies I'll buy it but if not I don't care about the multiplayer maps.
 
I'll wait and see what the first DLC pack looks like before buying the Season Pass. If it looks any good, I'll go straight for the Pass. I bought all BO1 map packs and all of them were awesome imo.

Exact same boat. If it doesn't have zombies then I'm not bothered. Considering I have about 3000 kills now in zombies and only about 20 in multiplayer I'd be an idiot to buy the pass now, just in case the DLC's have no zombies.
 
If they have any sense they will offer both the MP and the zombies as separate DLC and also as a bundle.

Let's say zombies and MP maps £3.00 each or both for £5.00. I know there not going to be that cheap, just an example.

I like that idea. I had all but COTD in BO1 and it just 🤬 me off playing Multiplayer. I rarely played but when I did I'd get my ass kicked just because I didn't know the new maps. I don't even mind paying £10 for each zombies map, just don't really want the multiplayer maps.
 
Once again there's a lack of game modes in the hardcore playlist and I don't understand why.

I'm not asking for all the core game modes but surely it makes sense to have a headquarters playlist like in the previous games?

I don't think hardcore domination would be a bad idea either and looking at the number of people playing it in the core list it seems it would be quite popular.

Would love to have hardcore demolition in the hardcore list.
 
I need one more Backfire with my knife (kill enemy with knife, pick up his weapon, kill him with that), and three more Bloodthirsties (5 kill streak) with my knife and I get it gold :D

The team-killing would be insane.
 
Has anyone prestiged yet? Wht about getting hold camos?

Im in 1st prestige level 33, and I have gold for the MTAR. Almost got it for the type 32 too.
 
First night online, and a shotgun + sub machine gun seems to do the trick quite good...
 
Some of these maps are quite disorientating. Also, I had a play with Zombies, is there a guide for dummies somewhere? It seemed just about the least explained and least intuitive game mode to exist, anywhere.

Yeah I didn't have a clue what I was doing until I got paired with some guy who had a mic, and he explained it to me.

What is it you want to know?

I made a class too for running with the knife. :D
9 kill streak in my first game with the knife only. :lol:

Basically..

Build a turbine.
Get out of first room.
Take bus to tunnel.
Jump out.
Build points.
Wait for bus to come back round.
Jump back on.
Drive to place after the farm.
Go in the hut.
Build power switch.
Turn on power.
Get back on bus.
Go to town.
Get off bus.
Get Jug.
Get back on bus.
Drive back to tunnel.
Survive.

I got to round 19 with 4 of us doing that yesterday.

Oh and whatever you do, don't throw the EMP's on the bus. The driver shuts down and you get slaughtered in the middle of nowhere by hundreds of undead.
 
I hit the button a third time before hopping off for the night. Any ideas what my next permanent unlock should be? I can't decide between the VSAT or the Swarm. The Swarm's more deadly than a Nuke or MOAB (since there's more than one), but there isn't an alternative scorestreak for the VSAT while you can use the Lodestar or VTOL Warship for a high score, high killer...

In Headquarters and Domination you know where the enemy will be, in bunches, and it is a grenade festival. Those grenades would be killing your teammates who are also trying to capture the objective.
 
I already have most of the single player trophies already. Will be running on Veteran soon, and then all those challenges. Almost ridiculous. 160 of them, and pretty hard ones too.
 
Tranzit is SO much better with a friend with a mic. In multiplayer with random people, it seems nobody has the slightest clue as to what's going on but me and a friend go up to I think wave 24.

Glavenknuckles, get them. Or whatever they're called. One shot kill till about round 17 I think it is. Granted they're 6,000 but still well worth it.
