This image so describe how I feel with my RPD with grip & FMJ. Though way I spray & pray, Azuremen would probably claim that my eyes shut as I squeeze the trigger.
1241PenguinDoes anyone else get frustrated when they get put in the same lobby that they just rage quitted from?
From memery games like GT5 work fine. I'll try GT again to night.Sounds like your drive is failing, have you tried other games?
a6m5Some nice matches tonight, but I wish you stuck around Dave. Random teams can suck, and that was the case my first couple games with Vaus & leowan.
I even had one of those "here comes the Predator, follow the leader!" guys. Seriously, I haven't had one of those idiots follow me in a very long time!
We. Could. Have. Used you.You guys played? I guess I stayed out too long. Darn. Wish I could have joined you guys.
a6m5From Javelin to Harry Potter. You guys are better than TV. What could be next.![]()
I know. The conversation was so random, I had to throw mine in.Hahaha. I'm gonna change it to something football related soon, less than a month until East Carolina's first game
. 30 days to be exact 👍.
And no idea what you're talking about there, bud.
Since I know everyone here by now, I guess its time for me to properly introduce myself. My name is Collin, not Cam as some may think. And I'm sure gonna miss playing with you guys every night when school starts back up.
It's pretty amazing how well we do together considering there is ZERO communication at all. We all bring something specific to the table. I am a flanker and a perimeter player, I rarely venture into the middle of a map unless I have no choice. I work the outside, getting behind the other team for easy kills except on my sniper maps where I just park my ass in one or two spots. Plus I'm a mini-map whore. I know exactly what's going on 90% of the time. If I see a triangle disappear I know where to expect people to come from, or when I see the skull on the game screen I know to be ready.
And while you run the outside of Wasteland, I do work in the middle. It's so much fun owning people who can't get in and I just blow them away, my best map by far. That's where me, you and leo went like 58-10 that one game 👍.
Like Icarus mentioned earlier, you want to be aware of enemy movement on the mini/UAV map. Keep your back to walls, or edge of the map. That will minimize getting shot in the back.
If you suck, IMO, you must equip the silencers. Guns without silencers might as well be bullet magnets. You become a moving bullseye.
Drop the M4, use SCAR. If the fire rate is too slow, go for ACR. Keep the stopping power, drop the commando for Ninja Pro. Must be Pro, as it will help tremendously by silencing your footsteps.
It would also be good idea to look over the kill streak rewards. They can be a huge part of your success, or possibly the other way around.
One thing about MW2, they put in TONS of help to assist the noobie players. Many loves or hates this game for that reason alone. I'm not particularly good at games, and I was 1.50-ish k/d player in CoD4. In MW2, my k/d is over 2.5, while I have hundreds of "MVP" accolades(most kills, minimum deaths). I'm still above average at best, skill-wise. But it's the map design, perks & kill streak rewards Infinity Ward saturated the game with that helps me put up some numbers, and certainly not because I've gotten really good at FPS, since the CoD4 days.
And for the record a6 if you must know, you may call me Dave. Just don't ever go all HAL 9000 on me or I'll beat you. Also, holy cow I typed a lot.
TL;DR- Finding what works takes time, limiting your blip on the radar is a big help, be adaptable to what's going on in the match.
It's just the iron sights, the huge circle is a tad distracting. I'll try an RDS tomorrow.
