Personally I doubt PS+.
DLC In February is likely but that wouldn't be waiting a little less for anyone.
It can't be Christmas present because everyone would get that.
Region Specific DLC also seems very unlikely.
Time trial reward seems very possible.
Getting it from a ticket the most unlikely to me.

A time trial with the masked car as reward before the full revealed car being given free to everyone else in January seems most likely to me.

For those wondering if a ticket 1000 could yield a C7, its pretty much imposible and there wont be any ticket 2013 or 2014 just like theres no 2012 and 2011 tickets.

Does anybody knows how many model there is ?
I've looked and it seems theres over 20 variations, theres even one with camaro taillight

I think the most likely scenario would be as Simon suggested, a time trial prize, making it available to others later on.

There will only be one model, but no one knows what it will look like, so there are lots of different artists renderings, and bits of speculation floating around. At some point there should be a convertible and various performance versions, but for now Chevrolet is simply teasing us with the base Corvette coupe.

You are correct. The corvette is technically a 2014 model. And no those tickets are impossible to get it with.

I'm not interested in PS+ at all. Yeah you get "free" games. But it's only free for as long as you're a PS+ member. Once your subscription expires, puff, you have a game that you can no longer play, and a set of trophies that you can no longer unlock.

Back on topic....I seriously doubt this will be PS+ related. I might be wrong, but it doesn't make any sense to me.

Lucky winners of a TT seams more realistic, and then having the car as a Christmas gift. Let's face it, Christmas is not that far away, and who's going to be working on Christmas eve just to tick an option on the serves?

Might as well save the leg work and stay ahead of the game.
