Brett - The Monza race is the last race before school starts here in the states and during school I have a class from 4:40 pm EST - 5:30pm EST on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Absolute nightmare!

Started off well got 2 places then on the straightt i was forced on the sand and recieved a drive through for illegal overtake. Safety car came out so I tried to do my penalty but it didn't let me & ended up putting me on intermediates...

I come out, do my drive through, then just infront of Mikes eyes I crash on turn 1 due to intermediates. Then I had puncture and wing damage I crashed again this time more serious cos car wouldn't turn.

Better luck at Catalunya I guess...

I don't really know what happened, I was a good ways from the safety car just pacing in 6th gear. Next thing I know my car is upside down and I'm dsq for hitting the pace car.

Ronin - You scared me I was watching you next thing I know you disappeare and I see raining debris then u spawn back and then you got DISQ, needless to say I always witness lag problems in Turkey

All- I am going to have a think about this championship during the week, I dont normally get like this but I am losing patience with a few of the drivers on here. I will either cancel it, reserve it for the people I know are clean or give it another week. Not one race has gone by without some (human) player just removing me from the race and carrying on to the podium 👎

PS I prefer the AI to a couple of guys on here.

Terrible race for me.

Got pole with a decent lap, and then got spun in turn 1. I tried to leave 1-2 car lentghs room in the first corner but I guess it wasn't enough and so I was in 9th/10th. I made some passes and stuff and after the safety car came out I was in 4th. On the restart I got up to 3rd and tried to pass for second. I braked on the outside of Pagey after the DRS straight, slightly ahead of him. As he was on the inside he pulled out in front a bit through the turn, and my front wheels were equal to his back wheels. In the next corner he cut all the way across and I had nowhere to go and was spun out.
After my first pit stop I was dead last, and I was now just going for a podium at best. I drove quickly on the primes and then made another stop for primes. My final stint, I was up to 2nd, directly behind Artmann. He defended very aggressively and I realised that I wouldn't be able to get past so I backed off with a few laps to go. As a result of backing off I kind of got out of the zone, and kept braking too soon and turning in too early/sometimes the opposite. On laps 27/28 I accidentely cut 4 corners and got a 20second penalty. Ended up classified 4th after the penalty, had the pace to get the win, very disappointed.

I had a shocker. Forgot to turn on some TC and geared way too long. Terrible race. Sorry to anyone whos race I disrupted.

Think I should quit the series because I am just too slow and I am slowing others down rather than racing them. Just don't have time to practice.

Brett u seemed ok when I double-passed you and Pagey at the DRS zone , but my only mistake was not pitting during safety car for better options and that my pace was off to avoid those blasted corner cuts on S3 which is why the leaders easily pulled away

Gutted for you Ronin, Had a insert foot moment at the first corner , yes I missed the apex for the first corner and got spun round and got a drive through for it.
So decided to take it straight away, which turned out to be a good move as the safety car came out on the next lap! Then Ronin's DSQ...
Tried a 3 stop and it almost came off and got fastest lap.

However I don't feel I deserved to win today based on the first corner. I looked back at the footage afterwards and yes I did miss the apex but I was unprepared and felt I broke as late as I could but it was a tad too late...

Sorry JCM, from the view I use I couldn't see you on my screen and the arrow thing at the bottom of the car said you were right behind me, so I just took my racing line

Race report:
I qualified in the middle of the pack, with a decent lap. On the start grid I got off well and gave it a spurt of KERS and stayed to the inside and went through very cautiously. To the outside of me a few cars got caught up in an accident but because I stuck to the inside I slipped past and was in second.
I wasn't very confident at the start of the race so I had a couple of peole behind me, and Indy overtook me just as Spurgy wrcked and the safety car was deployed.
After the incident with Ronin I was back in second place and I think I stayed there untill my first pitstop.
I came out and was in tyre conservation mode, so JCM came up on me very quickly and shot by, the sandman cruised up and took me just before I pitted.
I came out on lap 20, so a fairly short stint for Primes, I put the fuel mix up to Rich and set out after Sandman who was 6 second up the road.
I was catching him a few tenths a lap and I was pushing like mad. The gap kept coming down but it wasn't enough. I think I finished 1.5 seconds behind him in 6th.
I quite enjoyed this race, and for the first time in a long while I actually had good luck!

P.S Please don't end this Brett, just give the guys that are racing dirty an ultimatum! Either race cleanly next race, or get out the championship.

I think it was you who spun me, but that's okay. I only lost a little bit of time, and I still could have won had there been no further incidents with anyone else. Especially at a track like this where it's hard to make the first corner. You probably shouldn't have even gotten a penalty for it.

Looks like the race didnt go smoothly! 👎

I cannot complain really, the only incident i had was with spurgy when me and mike got taken out .
Apart from that i got my strategy to work, qualified on Primes in 9th and moved up the field to 5th,
Started Prime, Option (lap 11), Prime (lap 19)

me and pagey had a nice battle mid race when i caught him whilst on options/mix 3 and managed to pull about 5 seconds post final pit stop's.

then he was hunting me down when my primes were going bad at the very end, i managed to have enough fuel to mix 3 the last few laps (whilst S*it**g myself + a sweaty mess 👍) and held the lead by 1.3 seconds.




P.S worduphomes... DOOOOO NOT QUIT! not only are you clean, but i enjoy our pit stop talks! :tup:

I saw two major accidents happen righ in front of me, falcon on jcm and spurgey on berty. Jcm, you had way less seventh gear thats why you couldn't overtake me on the DRS zone, plus i had max revs, kers and fresh option tyres. On two occasions you nearly ran me off the track and i'm the aggresive one? i just stayed on the inside line and you couldnt get past on the outside as your funal gear was low.

personally i am enjoying the championship and i think it would be unfair to end it because of a few dirty drivers, thell them (publicly, or privately) to buck their ideas up!!!


As for AI, i experienced NO lag at all with anyone today, so clearly that was the problem.

Ok, I wont name anyone because arguing with people I cant knock out (due to this being the internet) is frustrating so here goes.

I got my eye on 4 of you at the moment, I am gutted to say one of them is someone I get on well with. If one of you fools bullies past me on the 🤬 grass, covers my overtake while I am alongside (spinning me out) or refuses to yield when I am 99% past you. I will just remove you from my friendslist and replace you with AI. A few of us are here to race cleanly and if your not sure what to do watch a 🤬 formula 1 race on the telly!!!!!!

You were aggressive in the next chicane. If I hadn't backed off every time you would have taken me out in the second to last corner. In the later laps I got more aggressive on the DRS straight, but I still gave room. I understand that there is a little bit of lag, so I might have pushed you off track a little. On one attempt I got in front on got on the inside, and you were 2-3 car lentghs behind me, off the track. I couldn't tell if I was shoving you off track or not though, as you moved back onto the track after. And when I finally did get completely in front of you, you hit me and pushed me wide under braking and I had to let you go through. If I'd been as aggressive as you I would've won, but I didn't want to spin you out so I gave room.

You were ok on the straight, it was in the slow part afterwards that you were incredibly aggressive.
