Nope, but you can photoshop the body kit onto the '99 ITR...

Really, I don't care. I'd prefer to see you use the right car, since this is CCCL, but I couldn't care less 'cause it'll look the same in the end anyways.

So this will this be kept open till this weekend sometime? Finally have an entry but won't get a chance to edit till saturday....

i wish i could enter this....

also, i love how everyone is going a little crazy and not doing 'traditional' 2.0 style shots. really makes things interesting.

Speed: interesting shot. I like it. looks like a poster out of a magazine or something. really over the top on the whole "car is the focus" bit. love it.

Skyline: I lol'd. in a good way man, i LOL'd my ass off.

Right, this is my respond to that. it's not a 2.0, i would rather call it 2.75 :D

this is not traditional i believe. if the arts comp was still around, this is my version of a car that's had a big, high speed encounter with the wall, with the engine and tank exploding before even getting a chance to pull over. the fire on the back could better imo, and i'll try better next time :D i think it's better than the fire effect that i did with the gt4 balloon with my past update from a long time ago, but i hope you guys like it.

i was gonna do a traditional 2.0 style shot, with a backfire made from scratch, but i thought we don't get enough, if any, freestyle comps for this type of photo. break the rules, why not break the car ? LOL

"Mayhem"

ps: excuse the polaroid style framing :D i burnt it :D

So did I. I really hate ITRs, so I decided to make an absolutely ridiculous shot with a big ricer kit on it. I wanted to do a rear end shot with a fart cannon, but I decided that I'd rather see what a BMW front lip looks like on a Honda.

jgda: I really like how the damage turned out, but I'm a bit unimpressed by the fire effect.

We need to do this more often! Honestly, I really love the open idea. It's much more fun than 2.0.

Well, I have thinked, and CCCL competition will continue, so guys, don´t forget to enter, at least two of you, this way we can have a poll

BTW I will add the free edit "rule" to the competition, meaning...next week will be 2.0, the next one PMC and then Free edit and so on...lets hope people like it.

Well poll will be up tomorrow, so any more entries?? 👍

That's good, but I think it could be more fun if CCCL stayed a Photoshop competition. It brought it back to life, after all.

We already have a UE, PMC, and 2.0 event. Open/Photoshop would help make CCCL stand out from the crowd a little. The only argument against would be that it would be really unfriendly to beginners, which is true, but Photobucket offers tools through FotoFlexer that aren't allowed in 2.0.

If nothing else, how about alternating PMC - Open - PMC - Open?

We must do it, if for no reason other than to do this every week:

^That's my new sig pic, which reminds me of this:

Swiss, you're really pissin' me off. I use Text-to-Image and your massive pile of pictures temporarily freezes my Firefox whenever a coupla' your posts are on the same page >_>

:lol::lol: I'm terribly sorry to do that to ya man. Mag does it too. My gallery must be hell for you.

Regarding 2.0:
Gonna throw in a "no rules" week. Once a month maybe? Or every other week? I'm leaning towards once a month.
@ Jg: I look forward to your pyromania :D:tup:

Sorry to speak on this again, but its about having 2.0 rules in CCCL. Yes I agree having the no rules week, I know you guys enjoy that... but I think limit things a bit its not so bad either. You guys are saying, we already have PMC to limit our moves, but the 2.0 comps can give us lots of options too, and I personally enjoy having a 2.0 week.

So lets make things even, the winner of each week can choose having a PMC rules week, 2.0 rules week or No Rules week. I think its fair, and every rule "lover" can have his favourite rule once in a while. Speaking in my case, I enjoy 2.0 shots because I can keep the realistic look, and at the same time do some heavy edit on PS. In the No Rules week, we see more artistic looking shots (and thats good of course)...I hope you guys can understand, and don´t think I´m being selfish please, I just think 2.0 should continue to have presence in CCCL:tup:

Am I getting this straight?

Don't put "no rules" in the 2.0 competition. No, never!!!!
That's like putting "no rules" to the unedited competition and thus having edited shots in a unedited competition. Nah, leave that to the more specific competitions like these one (the CCCL).

2.0 should stay 2.0.

You are correct LDS, 2.0 is a great comp. in is own right 👍
In comps like this its ok to have people decide the kind of rules they want. The Drift comp. btw should also have a 2.0 rule once in a while IMO.

Well, I can see your point. It could also get a little confusing as to whats going on during that specific week. Ishould leave well enough alone. There have been plenty of things going on here lately.
edit: sorry, posted wrong image.
