Two of them are around 1.2mil the other two are closer to 3 mil each...... I don't know exactly but I bought all 4 the other day ....... if you save up 9 million you'll be able to buy them all with change to spare đź‘Ť

sure but they dont get as many HP, and the weight is the same

KSpeed, the number is a lot different in the North American version. Which I'm assuming you live in America. A 787B is 3.5Million Credits in the US of A. So in the used lot I would guess somewhere less than that?

KSpeed
man... I can never afford all that....
The cost for those rides is quiet rediculous. What they(Polyphony developers)are forcing us to do is to use cheats to get rediculous amounts of credits to acquire these "used" cars. Otherwise, you'd be running the same races over & over again for fast cash and not progresssing through the game. They should make the prize money larger as a solution.

It's not actually that hard to get 8 to 9 million credits, simply keep winning the "Deutsche Touring Car Meistershaft " in the European events. It gives you a Merc (can't be arsed to remember which one) that you can sell for around 750,000 credits plus around 100,000 in prize funds. Repeatedly B-spec it (so you can speed it up 3x) and it shouldn't take too long. I personally used an Audi A4 Touring Car for this, but I'm sure it works with others.

I started this around day 300 in eager anticipation of the 'Black Beauties' but it took so little time, I've spent a lot of the cash now whilst waiting for day 694...

DISCLAIMER: I take no credit for this strategy and would give the appropriate person their due, but I can't remember where I saw this. If it was you, thank you!

Cheat to get the cash? wtf. Get to 25% through the game and complete a few endurance races, you get the cash easy that way without cheating. Or finish the beginner and Pro hall, do the Nurburgring Ring 24 hour and go finish the Formuls GT series. You should complete these way before day 694, I mean way before 694. You'll have loads of cash, I had 12 Million and never repeated a race.

I'm only on 20% odd, and I felt I needed the cash. At the time I wasn't getting into the game, not having played the previous versions, so being stuck with a **** car on a very steep learning curve. (A learning curve that was not helped by the bloody License tests, I was going to bin the irritating game but I had a Driving Force Pro ordered and on the way)

How exactly is repeatedly running a particular race (and WINNING) in order to accumulate enough credits for ANYTHING, cheating? Bspec is part of the gameplay. Winning is the objective. Getting credits to buy more cars for a varying experience is a huge objective.
So all of my FELLOW cheaters, cheat to your hearts content.

I didn't mean cheating is the worst thing, I meant that there are easier ways to get money and progress your way through the game at the same time, and earn other cars.

Well I have to say I was rather disapointed with the Nissan R92CP and the Toyota GT-One that I bought from the car lot, when you get them over 220Mph the rear of the car floats about like it's on ice and then when it hits 240Mph their is no going back, The R92CP is the same aswell but in the proper race version on the liscence test it handles somewhat better at higher speed. I also bought the Mazda 787B which is good and I could've got the R390 GT1 but when I bought the 3rd car the little thing came up saying "Used car lot updated" so that was that. I read somewhere that you get to buy a all black reanault Clio race car aswell and I should find out soon if this is so as im at 1100 days atm.

For the people who can't afford this, Do the "Legend of silver arrow" race and get the Mercedes DTM car, go do the DTM race in Europe events over and over and you win the Mercedes CLK GT-R which can be sold for 743,000 credits although this is the British version i'm on and for those of you who arn't on this version, it's the most any race car will be sold for.

Cheers

It's really not thet hard to save up for the black LMP's. I'm at day 560 and I have 12 million credits. Not only have I never done any of the money strategies, i've never sold a single prize car.

What races do you do to get that sort of prize cash? I've only seen up to around 20,000 per race, and I guess you haven't done 600 of these races!

I have completed the beginner, professional, endurance, and special condition halls. The key is I have only had to purchase about five cars. all were used, and only one has a significant amount of upgrades sunk into it. the real money is in the endurance hall. Especialy the 24 hour races, which give out 1 to 1.2 million a piece.

well theres the Special Condition race that people always talk about around here, or the European Championship that people keep talking abouit....

OR u could use the SEARCH feature to find out.

The question was which races give lots of prize money - not how to gain money by selling cars, the question's been answered, cheers.

And to add to that answer, I almost forgot. If you have a formula car, do Formula GT. It's really long, 15 races, and each one is about 50 laps, but it awards you 4.5 million if you win all the races. 3 million for the championship bonus and 100 thousand for each race.

you dont have to worry too much, if you have completed over 40% you SHOULD have accumalated enough cash. i had 45% when they were available and bought all four on day 694 and still had over 1million credits left, so if you just play the game till then you should have enough cash :)

dont worry... i forgot about them and now its day 1012... hopefully they apear again... i check all the time

hey man, everybody knows that if you passed day 694 all you got to do is get in the DMC DeLorean, reach a speed of 88mph for an entire lap (doesn't matter which course.... just make sure it's at 88mph for the ENTIRE lap) and just like that you'll be back to day 694

Its insane to read all this thread in order to find how much all 4 black cars cost in the US version. Could someone just tell me the number? Or maybe the convertion factor from the Japanese version (as the Japanese numbers are there).

Thanks đź‘Ť
