hey man, everybody knows that if you passed day 694 all you got to do is get in the DMC DeLorean, reach a speed of 88mph for an entire lap (doesn't matter which course.... just make sure it's at 88mph for the ENTIRE lap) and just like that you'll be back to day 694

It takes more than that. :sly:
You have to buy the flux capacitor mod and you have to do one of the wet races so that lightning can hit your car and give you the 1.21 jigiwatts needed to power the flux capacitor. And you have to be going exactly 88 MPH when it happens!
 
They appeared to me after 25% and when I had about 3 mil. Plus on your screen is waaay too expensive, they showed on mine at about 1 to 3 mil each.

Those are NOT special cars !!!

In that case, count all used & black car as special cars, make a list and post it as the "Special because they're Black" Car List.

The 4 Race Cars are "Special" cars because you cannot [ choose that color when you buy it / get it that color when you win it (R92 CP) ].

I hope this will help stopping wasting time reading the same posts, because users that don't read... I bet if you wrote the answer right next to their post, they'll still be capable of asking the same question again...
 
Don't worry if you miss them at day 694 they appear again at day 1388 for about 6 or 7 more days, I just cheked the used cars and they were there as the day 694. Don't waste time on these cars, the only thing you receive is wasting your credits, there are more better price cars than these four! Just play the game and you will receive better racing cars....but if you want to waste more credits know you know when they appear again!

Early 90'ies used cars, just 2 or 3 weeks per 700 day cycle. Got one white and one red.

I bought one of them,the Mazda 787P,and I haven't regretted it.I don't need more than one,because they will all accomplish the same thing and can be used in the same races.

The entire used car cycle lasts 700 days (100 weeks). At day 701 the used car lots have all of the cars that you would as if you had just started the game.

So if you are on day 881 that would be equivalent to day 181 in the first cycle (or week 26 if you think number of weeks)

Apparently I am at 100 weeks x 2, as the carbon-fibered versions appeared in the used car lots on labor day. I had scooped up the 787 in the first go-round, but the remainder were lost to me as the used car lot bumped up on the purcahse of the 787. This time, I didn't have enough money to buy the remaining three.

So I sold my Minolta 88CV and the Polyphony Digital Formula and between those two sales and the cash I had was able to buy them. I then turned around and ran the El Capitan endurance race to replace the Minolta and Nurburgring to replace the Formula. I used the black Toyota GT-One, of course.

i'm into my second year, probably around day 400. where can I get a cash generating race to pop my credits up? i've only got the NISMO 400R special, and can't get past most of the IB licence tests (i'm always a few hundredths over the max bronze time).

Do the second race on special conditions hall. You will win hands down with the Nismo, and you'll get a Toyota Rally Raid car, which you can sell for 270.000 cr.

*rolls eyes* sorry. last time I checked the Special condition ones, they were all rally or snow. I forgot there were some asphalt.

I've been tuning oldies too long, I guess. feel like a dumb-a## cause I sold the damn 400R the first time I won the thing :P

Here's a couple of cash cows for you: El Capitan 200. Should be a doddle in that Nismo 400 of yours and it only needs an A license. You get £250,000 cash and a (very fast) Minolta Toyota LMP that you can sell for c.£750,000. It's in the Enduro hall, near the bottom.

Secondly (and you will need IA and IB licenses for this), do the Schwartzwald Liga A races in the European Hall. You'll need something like a Golf GTi or an A3, but you win a BMW M3 GTR Race car which is excellent. Use this to win the German Touring Car Champ in the same hall, and you'll win the AMG merc LMP thing (CLKGTR? Smthng like that) which is again worth £750,000 (you can also win the Nurb 24hr with the M3 - you'll then have an F1 car).

Happy hunting. With the licences, there are demo laps done by real people on each test. Follow them and see what lines they are taking. GT4 is all about racing lines and braking points, get those right and you can win easily. Chances are you're braking too late in many places, so if in doubt, BRAKE EARLY.

I have a question for anyone who owns any of those...(drools)...(wipes drool from chin and looks away from the 4 car screenshot)...Oh sorry...Is it possible to change the wheels of any of those cars? The two Nissans would look sharp with gold rims, and I don't like the front wheels of the 787B.

In fact, the 787B was my favorite GT car, with the Toyota GT-One in second...but DAMN that black GT-One is clean! Between the black rims, the lack of bold white names on the sides... :drool:
 
makes sense that these cars are in the game though. a requirement of all LM cars is that they need to have a normal road going version. though these are more likely to be test cars since the R390 still has its massive spoiler, while the road going one doesnt.

But anyways, I saved my game, then saved again on another memory card, and then yet again on the first one, and all of my cars (3 full pages) got deleted, except the last car i bought, the black toyota gt1. SAD! :indiff: :( :( 👎 :mad:

This is a known bug. You should never remove your memory card while your PS2 is on. If you wish to backup a save, you should use the PS2 Browser.

I did the exact same thing... :dunce:

But before I was to buy the last 2 black cars.... Luckily I had enough money to buy all 4 again
 
those cars are BLACK not cf. they are "test cars". also, u can do the 24h endurance race 8 times and have more than enough.
