If you look just in front of the right, front, driver-side wheel there is a place where the bumper is cut off a bit on the bottom edge. It is right below the fog light on the drivers side.

it looks like a mud brush that was used splatted over the edge of the bumper...

something that should be looked into for those who don't pay attention to details.
