Well, I'm happy with the image, that is what I always try for when entering competions.

Well done on the lead slzk, its a good image. Only negative I see is the car is a little too close to the edge of the frame.

There's actually a method to this. In the dream car race at the Nurburbring 24H (In A-Spec event list), everyone pits at the end of lap one. The leader (A Ford GT Race car) pulled ahead, and finished its pitstop right as everyone else came in. So to get the shot I got, I locked my camera to the Ford GT, then entered photomode (Giving me the ability to walk around since he was already out of the pits). Then I simply walked back to the end of the pit lane, giving me much more control over the shot.

Thank you! I didn't know in what race all cars pitted at thesame time, and as I didn't have too much time I just got out my F2010.. Well, for when there's such a theme in the 2.0 comp again I'll follow your method, pic is great! Too bad I'm already out in the first round, better luck next tourney I guess.

They are gift-able. For both winners you will get the Head of the Class car pack. And remember the bubble will get a car gift ticket.

I thought your image was great (especially the colors and editing ), but after a second look I think maybe the lack of context turned off some voters. :/

Perhaps so... But yours is at least flawlessly edited, I'm realising that my entry is so ridiculously overgrained it detracts from the shot. Anyway, surprised I'm leading over ceiling_fan, and thanks for all the votes.

I didn't get a chance to do my reviews for the qualifier, but I'll try to get one done for this and PMC once the poll closes in a few hours. A tip of the hat to Fido for an excellent drifting shot - and slightly scary, since my back-up image was... a GT86 drifting around Eiffel . I really like it, as it shows the theme more clearly - my image could use a greater sense of motion, I feel.
