why do we have so many problems with people not reading the rules.

I think that, those times we have the most problems are with so "open" themes, like: Anything VW vs Anything Honda, Any new cars introduced after 2.02, etc. For example, I don't think the Track Art one was similar in that aspect. And it's probably got to do with many members finding a new interest with the GT86 and the new DLC cars. I guess we'll see a similar "influx" if there's more new DLC in two months. They come and go, and the come again, and go again. And there's the regulars, who mostly follow the rules all the time.

the way i interprate the rules, the shot had to INCLUDE a car from 2.02, i will wait for an official ruling before changing it (plus the hachi v. hachi was the whole point of the shot

cool filter with the EV set to +5, if you dont belive me take a shot just before the hair-pin on SSR5 with those paramiters

Nah, it's not edited.
Beside, if edited with that alot of exposure, the GT logo will appear more 'solid-look' than transparent.

Thats the main cause of my problem, I can only use my ps3 so I cant upload to photobucket, image shack etc.

why do people make it harder on themselves doing that? You can get a USB thumbdrive, transfer the pics to it, take it to the computer and upload them! Plus you can go to imageshack/photobucket/flickr via PS3 Web Browser and upload from there. Some people prefer this because your images appear to be much better anyways.

Well newbie before you have a rant know your facts! I only use the ps3 because i never get a chance to use the computer.

Moving on.. again i know my picture wasn't the correct format ultimately but please consider it (i am still working to resolve the resizing/posting issue).
