People are free to swap if they like, just sort it out amongst yourselves and let me know to change the OP. I think 580 for the moment but we HAVE to try 560 aswell. I am comfy in the Jag but would happily take the chappy or Ferrari if anyone really wants the Jag.

Ok whens the next practice? I hope they can both make it. They are like real old courses filled with the danger and hard corners

The calendar is decided too* and we will race weekly. Because Pagey can only make it every 2 weeks I propose that we allow him to race the GT40 and make it a team of 4 if the car makes the cut. If it doesnt it wont be an issue as only the top 2or 3 results per team go towards the drivers championship.

I dont have the GT40 :(
But also it depends what time, as i finish work at 9, so the earliest i can get on is 9 15. Would that work?

And i vote pre season race and start in jan
 
Pagey- Vote counted, you can have ford mk4 or Ferrari as we have had to drop the GT40. You got any of them? We will make sure we dont start until 915 mate but you will have to haul ass :D

Ok, done that leaves the Ferrari or Ford for Rich with one space left, ill have to check that runfast is definatley in. If he is we are officially full 👍

Edit. Electric expressed a wish to be in chappy so he is there automatically.

A note on the GT40- it DOES have the speed on the straights, the problem is exiting the corner before the straight at a decent speed, as well as having to brake earlier for the corner after the straight.

Happy to be in the Jag, I'll try out the 3 setups I found either in a few minutes or tomorrow.
 
I put you there automatically, I think you mentioned you liked the jag at some point.

Calendar has been updated, all dates and proposed laps are there, anyone spot any problems or omissions let me know. We still havent decided on damage yet.
My main reason for wanting light damage is so if some fool gets all Charles Bronson on you in the first corner it doesnt ruin your race.

I reckon quali starts at 9-920pm and the race starts at 930 lasting till 1030pm, this is to accomodate Sakery and Pagey. I hope thats cool with everyone, I also need stewards to give up half an hour of their time to check incidents after the race.

One thing, can I suggest a constructors championship? I think the teamwork aspect really adds something to the racing personally. For example Ellis was leading going into the Mulsanne with me and Sakery about 5 seconds behind so us two Chappys did some slingshot drafting and by the time we hit Hunandieres we were right on his tail. This (along with ellis spinning out) made sure we got the 1-2 finish.

Just a thought :)

EDIT: I might have to forget being a steward then, can't really stay up on the PS3 till 11 on a school night.
 
There is definatley going to be a team championship, thats 50% of the fun :D
You will have 2 days after the race to run through the replay so are you still good?
 
Yeah that'll be fine then mate, should be done by Thursday nights. You should start working on a proper thread :D

That's probably something to with the fact you already race with 95% of these guys every Sunday ;)

I'll join the Jaguar team if there's a free space. I've used the GT40 before just for fun in the past offline....its "scary". The Jag's handling online is better than the GT40's offline.

The gt40 has been scrapped.. only ferrari and ford mk iv left.
