We will do our best to even things out and if we fail ill drop the car and re shuffle the teams. We cant have anyone at a permenant disadvantage.

I feel that I'll be a back marker in the GT40. :( It needs some "help".

It just needs to be given some of it's oversteer back from the current setup and it'll be good. Once we sort the understeer out, it should be faster than the Ferrari, due to it being quicker in a straight line and the Ferrari's current power oversteer.

Time to reward myself after my testing with a nice burger.

Then I might try the 3 setups on the Jag if I have time before we meet.

 you have earned your burger! Ill message all who are online when I get on which might be before 815 now.

If you havent voted for heavy/light damage let me know, I am going to wrap the voting up soon and its 2/2 so post your damage preferences. Heavy or Light!

We have no photos. We didn't finish the Daytona race in order to get a replay to save and use, and the Le Mans start was done in free run.

I'm giving up again for now, since my connection still hates me.

Seems like my car is up to the job, reasonably happy with that session. I don't think the Chappy is too good because Ellis in the Jag kept up with me and Sakery , and at the end of the day it was a good drive from him to win 👍

Not quite sure what happened at the end, couldn't hear the mics over the engine.

EDIT: And I did wonder about all the photos, especially Le Mans. Seems we didn't get any...

I realised that after but no one could hear my mic, tried to get GT40 top speed info too but again no one knew.
The chappys seem to be good all rounders and even better than the others, if we drop the GT40 it will go back to 600 pp and more testing. Its not looking good for team Gulf.

i hope not! the video has taken me bloddy forever to edit ect..

ill change to the gt40, i dont care and it will give me a challenge :D.

It was a chuffing difficult drive for me

Ok if electric or Mustard want to join Jag let us know.
What car are you in joe?

Ferrari. The Jag seems to suit my driving style better, so I'll go for it if I can. Since they're in GT40s, I'll wait and see if electric or mustard want to go in the Jag.

If the GT40 could be dropped it would be a lot more even a playing field.

Any idea for where to have the pre season race gents?

ENTERSANDMAN13
noooooooo!

and leguna seca 👍

I don't envy you for driving it, put it that way

Yeah sounds like a good idea, they hold the Monterrey classic event there I think.

Yup they do^ So have we settled on a final PP?
Oh and try my first track out bert and tell me what you think. Then my second and maybe we can them to the season. Im telling you they are a blast in old cars, and are like old road courses.

People are free to swap if they like, just sort it out amongst yourselves and let me know to change the OP. I think 580 for the moment but we HAVE to try 560 aswell. I am comfy in the Jag but would happily take the chappy or Ferrari if anyone really wants the Jag.

Skate- Sorry dude, I was pissed off that no one could hear me tonight, I was trying to pick up important info about the cars. We will try your track next time 👍

What about 590 even? Keeps the cars more stock and the GT40 has some choice with aero instead of having to put it on full for 600.

Its tough to say, do we think the GT40 will ever have a chance. It was way too slow at Le Mans and a little too slow at tskuba. That was at 580

The problem is isn't hasn't got the agility in the bends OR the speed on the straights. If you lose the draft you're stuffed.

All the other cars have at least one, if not both of these qualities.

Well the Mk IV is basically an evolution of the GT40, if the GT40 could keep up with the Ferrari's they'd never have built the Mk cars. Leads me to believe we'll never get them to the same level as the other cars.
