There is never a max in any series I run. This particular series will have a "division" for Australian continental timezones and European/North American continental timezones.

When are we going to find out a date? My internets gonna be out of action for the next couple weeks because my provider needs to install new cables, so hopefully we aren't starting before then!

I want everyone to post their ideal times/dates. Please also ensure that you include the location and timezone preference (are you a nocturnal Australian? Are you a normal American? A nocturnal American?)

I'm pretty much good any time during the day up until about 6-7pm, but after that I can't usually get on till late around 12-1 am EST. However if that doesn't work for anyone else I'll still be able to make it, but those times are what's best for me.

That seems like a decent option. That'd combine well with the Europeans, imaginably.

Anyone else? Speak up, or I'll decide the schedule, and you have to deal with it.

Australia
Where I am is GMT+9
I'll try and work with what everyone else w ants! But my easiest time would probably be a Tuesday night after 5pm or sometimes a Friday after 9pm
Pretty flexible though!!

Well, what's 21:00 GMT+9 where you are, is noon in Britain, and 07:00 GMT-5. It's a bit hard to schedule you with Europeans, then. Therefore, you'll be grouped with fellow Aussies. :)

Im australia GMT +10
Im free anytime except wednesdays and thursdays cos i have uni ( or college for you americans) so im free any other, excluding this upcoming sunday but every other sunday is fine

You and Jordy don't have a conflict yet, then.

Guess I'm the only one who wants weekday evenings? Tues and Wed after 10:00pm PST (GMT -8) works best for me, but that's probably not so good for everyone else.

Sunday morning works ok for me as well. Sunday from like 7:00am untill 11:00ish PST is doable for me.

Well, we could run in smaller "groups." Because this is drifting, we only really need five people. Three judges, and two competitors.

This works, in that I can arrange the full 16 to just drift with each other, during the week, and then have the final meets on Sundays. Especially at 11:00 PST Sundays, might work.

So, for example:

Wednesday: twitcher vs. MrMelancholy15 - twitcher advances to Great Eight

Sunday: Final Eight runs, etc. We could work something out.

Of course, I'd prefer to do it all on Sundays, but, if scheduling becomes a problem, we can just set up ITCC_Division_2 on PSN, as our designated "spot" and have people just drift against each other, with judges, when possible.

yeah that works out great so the aussies arent staying up for americans and vice versa :D

If you can schedule the top 16 battles during the week, and then do great 8 and onwards on Sun, that would be sweet. That's mighty brave of you to try to pull that off though...I hope people understand how much effort you are putting into this and take it upon themselves to make your life as easy as possible.

I'm also guessing there is going to be no qualifying?

The qualifying runs are the top 16. After that, the top 8 will drift on Sundays, correct. Those who don't drift during the week, with people, are not guaranteed a spot on Sunday, in their continental grouping.

Yeah I might have trouble during the week apart from after 6 - 7 ish my time for Australians, because of work and study, so we might have to figure out a time between us maybe?

I work rotating shifts I do 5am till 2:30 pm one week then 10:30am till 8pm week after then 1:30pm till 11pm then back to the 5am shift so it's more or less impossible to battle during the week for me

I'm so confused lol. When is this starting?

It's starting, once we can work out a schedule/system for all of those who are interested/involved. Once that's done, I'll have the knowledge I need, of when I can make events, and then hold them, knowing that everyone will know of, and agree with the times given.

M4m, I'll see what I can do. ;) No one will get left behind, with scheduling.
