Almost had all podium finishes with the trophy trucks. Just came off a corner a little too wide at The Spillway and clipped the edge of the bridge. Apparently, although it looks like it's built like a tank, the Ram is a teddy bear when it comes to walls.

You're D3 Silver, albeit in a different game, which I'm guessing is still going to be way quicker than me...I'll do my best to keep sight of you! (I've been spending most of my time recently trying to improve my WRS time before I submit it, obviously I've got no idea how I'm doing but it does seem quite a bit off the top 100
)My main account is evilneal which is pretty much the only one I use at the moment. My GTP_EvilNeal tag is only used for prologue but will be the main one I use for GT5.

I'll be back on Dirt 2 later probably, I wanted to see if my wheel would work but it doesn't so I'm going to have go on GT5P whilst it's set up then come back to Dirt 2 later.

If it doesn't work with GT5 then I may have to look out for a cheap G25. It's got a few cable problems so it's slightly intermittent on the PC but it's a good solid wheel with a lovely feel to it, plus I've got more important things to buy. Might get my dad to fork out for one instead because he gets the most use out of it.

G25 with the sequential shifter is the best combo for Dirt 2 I reckon, it just feels so right banging down the gearbox with it. Dirt restricts to 180 degrees but it's not really a fun kill, this isn't the biggest sim ever after all as Golfman will be quick to point out to everyone as if we don't know. It's still challenging though and the force feedback is good and strong, which just makes me miss using mine 
. That said it's also a fun game on pad as you can relax a little more without putting in the physical effort, sometimes that's more appealing after a long day.
Good session earlier, the funniest thing was when someone called Aldo a 'knob' even though he had raced cleanly and not done anything to the guy. The irony that he was racing clean and still blamed was gold, overall most people were racing nicely but we had a bit of bad luck with some unfair play. Which links me to why I'm laying off the 'smashy smashy' races now, seeing as there's not many people left on Dirt 2 you can quickly pick up a fair few names if you play alot and I want to attract the cleaner racers rather then have them put off by our chaos races as hilarious as they are.

I literally couldn't believe it!!!
That was by far my best session ever (best driving, best attention span, best collision avoidance). And then this guy calls me that for no reason at all.
Remarkable!
After that it went downhill a bit. I had some horrific bad luck in that nearly every race I was taken out by some noob on the first lap which left me with a lot of work to do.
My highlight has got to be that race in the stadium place with the big jump. Some guy took me out on first lap, then took Drag out. I managed to creep up to 3rd place. Drag and this guy were close going over the final jump, Drag was taken out. The other guy won, but Drag was right across the track with me going straight for him. I couldn't avoid, Drag's car went flying and then because he couldn't reset. I managed to pip the 2nd place. That had me laughing for ages

Great session last night, even though there was a few random punters that tried to spoil the fun. The funniest thing was when some random tried to tell everyone to slow down for him and that there was a speed limit on the LA Rallycross track (this was after he called someone a 🤬 FACE 🤬 STANE). I'll try not to crash next time I impersonate Borat while racing.
