A comparsion of hot coupes the Lexus SC430, the Mercedes SL55 AMG, and Jaguar XKR.

If i had to choose i would pick the SC430 as it is power, comfortable, nimble, and easy to drive.

I don't like the grill on Jaguar and the mercedes dosen't seem as impressive as i thought as it has way to much wieght, yet i have not driven it so i'm not positive

Where's the new SL?

I abstain from voting. I hate the XKR, the CL600 is in a completely different class, and the SC430 is worthless when compared to the new SL.

k, I assume the poll saying 'CL' now means 'SL,' therefore I shall cast my vote in favour of the Mercedes, although it's really no contest when comparing the monster SL55 to the SC430 and XKR... the SL55 is more of a car than the other two combined.

Nice, but even the Cambiocorsa isn't an SL55 beater.

But the SL55 is a supercar, well, Ive seen it compared to the Murci, 911 GT2, 575M, and Vanquish. The Maser isnt in that league, more with the XKR

The SL55 has 500hp. To quote Stan Lee 'Nuff Said.

SC430
Maserati
SL500
Caddillac XLR (I hate it)
Corvette
SVT Cobra
Whatever!

All have performance, prestige, luxury where the vette and Cobra are only focused on one thing, performance and are much cheaper.
The Lexus is different. It has nothing to do with performance, it really only has luxury. IMO, the Lexus doesnt belong in this class.
