Yeah it's a shame, imagine the shots we could get if there was direct sunlight bouncing off the cars.

Ten cars is probably a bit of a heavy workload But you can definitely fit loads more in if you put them behind each other.

Stack 'em like a valet parking lot!! I'll have to see what I can pull off at that location tomorrow... for now, one last composite shot from today.

Awesome work Sixtoes! Didn't get to play yesterday (work work work) but hopefully tonight I can do some.

Thanks, Dazza - I know the feeling, as 'real' work is likely to fill my day up today. But I'll be working on another composition in my head, at least! 💡

just something quick

Here's a quick composite of my 3 C6 Vettes. This was just a test to see how it would look, I'll probably spend more time on it later and be more precise.

Okay, had a bit of fun with something after setting up another couple of shots (that I'll work on shortly) -

Too Many Lambos:

I suppose I could of squeezed a 7th in the gap on the back-left. :)

(Large version)

GHR The GoaT - That's immense! Looks like a lot of time has gone into it - getting the car right for every shot. Nice work.
Thanks! :D

Yes it took ages, there is actually 14 cars in there but I still need to do the bits you see through the windows & spoiler gaps of the front car.

So,14 seperate photo's,all with default cam position & a set focal length, all cars lined to the same angle etc etc, trying to remember where the previous car was placed, all in all a lot of time spent going back & forth through the crappy time consuming menus to view previous shots & change cars!

I really need to get out more..........................

You ever have that moment when you and a buddy are sitting at the bar, see a couple of cute girls and you start arguing about who gets who? Then there's that moment when one of you realize, 'hey, does it matter?' That's what I see going on here. Very nice.

No one's posted in a while so I thought I'd whip up a composite with my new drift machine.

Excellent job with the masking! I've been trying to avoid overlap (where possible) with my composites, because of the difficulty of good masking, but this definitely shows it can be done - excellent!

I'd love to do a composite of the Honda S500, S600, S800, and S2000. Unfortunately I don't have the software to do it.

Since it was this particular thread that first got me posting, I'll contribute a couple more to the cause...

These have both been posted in other threads (All things Nissan and American Muscle), but they are composites - so they belong here. :)

That's a good theme - but we wouldn't be able to do it in Photo Travel mode, as only the S2000 is available as a Premium model. It could be done in race replay Photo mode, though - of course, the timing would have to be impeccable. :)

Masking - check out my Lambo picture (above) for some masking!! :dopey:

I've taken a load more shots - but need a bit of time to go through and sort them.

I'm still missing the S600. When I get it I'll try to take some pics to do a composite. If I can get a workable set of images maybe somebody can composite them for me.

:dunce: I missed a page. I'm assuming you're talking about the six (!!!!!) in SG Town Square? That is truly some impressive masking, Dazza.. not sure I have the patience for that myself. Nice... :)

If you're able to get shots from the exact same angle (like a fixed camera on the course) and under similar lighting, I'll give it a go. Of course, the other settings (f-stop, shutter, focal length) all need to be the same, too.

Great first attempt. People moving about in the image can be annoying, but it should be easy enough to mask them out so I'm not sure what happened on the steps there :)

I don't wanna seem like I'm spamming my photo, but it is relevant so...

Top tip: If you've got a white (or very light coloured) car near a brighter coloured car, go over it with a brush to give the effect of the light reflecting. I've done it here, laying a transparent red tone over the white car.

how can you unlock that location?

Thanks, wasn't sure it would work, but it kind of does. Almost forgot to do the wheels/body through the windows - but spent a bit more time putting those in too. :)

You unlock 3 (I think) locations when you do the 'Specials > Grand Tour'. You unlock them just for playing them (Gold / Silver or Bronze - doesn't matter).

It only takes 30-45 minutes to do.

Thanks! I Won The Event and ive unlocked new photo locations
