Ferrari Pininfarina Sergio, made in tribute, to the very same Sergio Pininfarina that passed away back in July 2012. One of the many other concepts that was made for only very few people. Only 6 were made and given, and used the NA V8 engine of the 458 Special.
Still goes to show Pininfarina knows how to make cars, concepts or not. I would of wanted this personally.

The front actually looks quite normal for a 166, the greenhouse is the section that might be odd. Zagato, having worked in the aviation sector, wanted to create an open area with a lot of visibility whilst still protecting the driver from the elements.Never knew about this one. Kinda odd looking.
