I was going to submit a report, but I was to late. I was thinking submissions were closed 48 hours after the race ended? Pretty sure the link is in the OP of this thread if that helps.

Yeah, I've already done the videos and stewards have started giving their verdicts. So hopefully it's the incidents that have already been reported by other drivers ;)

Sounds awesome. Can you send me a pm with details of team name, races you'd like to join in for and the drivers that will be racing? then I'll get all the other details confirmed with you in PM.

so for the next round, i will need to team up with someone?

Yes, you will need to find a co driver, similar to the Bathurst, sandown and Gold Coast races in real life. :)

Also, for all teams interested wanting to join the series in the endurance cup, can you please fill out the following form to confirm all of your details and send to me in a private message titled "Endurance Cup Entry" before I confirm your entry.

I will have a room setup in an hours time to do some practice around the High Speed Ring for next week. I will have the room setup how the qualifying events will be set so everyone can have some practice with how the qualifying works.

Race Results and Stewards Report - Round 9

Deep Forrest Reverse Round 9 Stewards Report
Stewards: ItzRacing, FutureF1, memto89

Race 1

Lap 7 - Play117 & ItsLynxy - Avoidable Contact
Verdict: +90 Seconds - Play117
While ItsLynxy does brake early heading into turn 10, Play should be aware of ItsLynxy ahead of him but instead runs into the back of him.

Race 2

No Incidents

Race 3

Lap 1 - KillingHeidi & ItzRacing - Avoidable Contact
Verdict: +90 Seconds - KillingHeidi
Heidi dives up the inside of Itz and forces his way through giving Itz front end damage.

Lap 13 - adydlizard & evildragonxxl - Avoidable Contact
Verdict: +90 Seconds - addylizard
While this incident was accidental, and the intentions of addylizard was to allow evildragon to lap him, the execution was poor. The way that addy reacted to the initial incident caused damage to evildragon’s car. In the future, when you hit the wall side on in the middle of the straight, please do not slam on the brakes as the following car will then have less time to react.

I personally stayed well out of it when doing the stewarding and both Future and Memto came to decision it was avoidable contact.

My advice is that you should be a bit more careful in where you brake. In practice for the round I identified that the bump on entry to that corner could unsettle the car a lot and as such I decided to brake a bit earlier to avoid crashing myself out, or innocently taking someone else out in the race. If you watch the replay you will notice that I braked at the start of the outside kerbs for 20+ laps in the first races. I also noticed that I was faster in sectors 1 and 3 and you were quicker in sector 2. that's because there are differences in top speed and handling of the 2 cars, which balances out over a lap. As my the Lexus doesn't handle like the Camaro does, you should expect me to brake a little earlier as well. The race isn't won on the first lap and looking at the fact you finished the race 15 seconds faster than I did in races 1 and 2, you definitely would've found a way past during the course of the race if you had been patient and waited for the right opportunity to come.

There is no hard feelings about the incident at all, I know you didn't intentionally go out to run me out of the way. But this is a good opportunity to Learn a lesson, make some changes to the way you race and improve yourself.

EDIT: Practice Room is now open

Hey @ItzRacing, did I miss something, qualifying @ 1216 am?

There is no specific time for drivers to do a single qualifying session, it's up to each individual driver to decide when they want to do their session. All you need to do is set the room up yourself inside the event and run your session. We will then be able collect you qualifying result.

This is all setup so that anyone can qualify their free time instead of having to be available at a set time outside the race or missing out on qualifying completely. :)
