First race tonight was awesome!!! Great fights with @rclark83 almost all race and thanks to the Corvette better tyre life I won. Great hard but fair action between both of us. Plus a sneaked pole position for me and a good comeback drive from my teammate @gtpcaine topped off what was a great start to the night and banished the gremlins of last night's missed opportunity in SuperGT

Then I got some very irritating team news.

Lost my focus and cool. Race 2 just didn't for me, botched turn 1 - sorry Memto and Lordz just caught out by my tyres, stupid error and one that I shouldn't have fallen for. After pitting twice I decided to stop being a danger on circuit and retire.

So to go from a perfect win (no damage) to wreck of a race all because of some news is gutting but just shows how easy it is sometimes to lose your cool...
