Well... Mike is reserve -- I provisionally cant make rd 2 + 3, if Mike races tonight, that would mean 3 reserve races so points loss at a track where we will actually score points. Here, we might scrape a few if people DC.

Or am I mistaken? :
Driver points will be taken from class finishing positions.
If a driver does not make the race then they will score a DNS, all teams must make it past 70% race distance after both lobbies are added together.

Its in the drivers points section, but I presume the 70% is only for team points.

Caine so far you've scored 0 but you can score points today for yourself and team. Teams must make it past 70% to score points and drivers is 70% or 90% to score points.

EDIT: Below.

Hold on, it's a team event which means that as a group you will have to score more than 70% as a team to score individual points

I know it's harsh but it's to stop people from rage quitting in the middle of a bad race which is something we had a lot last season, I would lower that number but honestly I could just see it happening all over again with rage quitting

Correct but like it says in the rules a dc counts as a technical failure, trouble is it's not like the n24 where we can restart the race for every dc or last night we would have lost at least 30 mins of racing through the 2 dc's that we had

Don't forget laps led. Caine was on pole for Race 1 by 0.6 at the time his PS3 locked up however in my view to get pole position you must start from pole position.

It does seem rather pointless for anyone to drive , doesn't it. Would it be possible to implement a system where if someone d/c then they get a certain percentage of the leaders laptime or something like that ?

Isn't there still individual points to race for?

I can't get laps lead as I'm 80 odd laps down :D Pole I think I should get though :D

Reason being, I set my quali lap and was parked in pits. However, we noticed something wrong with the car preventing us from making the start of the race. Had the issue been fixed in time, I/we should have started from pole.

At Indy the pit ENTRANCE line is not very clearly marked. Will that be policed or just the usual pit EXIT white line?
