Coulthard. Past his prime?

Well since so many people on this site make it well known that there is a search function I thought I would put it to good use!

Being a Scot myself, I have a patriotic loyalty to Coulthard but his performances of late don't fill me with the excitement I lust after while watching Formula 1. He has been a major disappointment to say the least. ... But I couldn't help but be happy for the guy as things seem to have turned round for him. I just hope the new McLaren shows the talent that is undoubtedly in the guy.

Eagle, I agree with your thoughts on his single qualifying performances ... You have to adapt or else you will not succeed. Maybe this is DC finally getting a good car underneath him and showing his true colours. I hope so!

From what I see, Couthard isn't dying, its McLaren themselves. They've just gotten too slow. Its not them anymore. All the McLaren Mercedes car do is blow up... thats it.

Well there's certainly still promise and plenty of skill there, I'd like to see anyone challenging for the lead more, if DC is the man to do it, so much the better.
