The 10km limit and inability to edit altitudes is pretty much going to kill all of those.
Main issue with those is you can't do anything with the elevations. 2 "maps" have some hills in some places, but you can't overlay course images on those.
Only the perfectly flat map can overlay images to get the scale right. Also, tight hairpins don't work well as it creates a grassy area and a barrier on either side of the track
It was working fine earlier.Unfortunately, turns 8 and 14 are too close together to get that to work accurately.
Grattan Raceway in Michigan. 2 mile track, 12 turns, 1/2 mile stretch, major elevation changes, and many blind corners.
I tried this track for you.
You can't do any elevation editing and turn 3 is too close to the main straight and turns 12 and 8 are WAY to close for this app. The track is 40ft wide, plus it puts another 40-50ft on BOTH sides of the track for grass and barriers. If you want it to scale, it' can't be done. If you want the same shape, just scaled up, that could be done.

You can't do elevations unfortunately. You also can't do sharp hairpin turns. It's also limited to 6 miles. I've driven that highway, and man...both sides of that mountain pass are just out of this world.

Sheesh that is a bummer. The elevation changes are an absolute must for Grattan because they are very dramatic at this course. Without the elevation changes or tight turns, it just is not Grattan Raceway. This track editor is VERY disappointing after all this wait. I was even able to create this track in the Far Cry series with all the elevations even back on the original xbox and 360. Oh well. I do appreciate you trying in this very limited GT6 track editor.

1955-1970 layout was 6.542 km long. Straight length is hard to find, and an exact replication of the hairpin might not be possible. Has an elevation change of 93 metres, with the hairpin at the bottom of the circuit. There is a compass in the second image so you can at least get the sun in the right places, maybe.

I gave it a shot and it didn't turn out too bad. It's not nearly as breathtaking to look at while you are driving it, and there isn't the massive 2000 ft elevation change.
This route would follow the path going down from the top pass. If you saw the Top Gear episode, it's the same way.

the back to back hairpins would more than likely have to be modified, and the other sharp turn near that's close to lower straight would also have to be adjusted. I've been up all night, if no one does it by the time I wake back up, I'll give it a shot.Anyone Willing to make this Track, SEPANG Circuit

- An "official GTplanet Gran Turismo" track. Have it about 2.5 - 3 miles long. Where everyone can race on it. Make it sort of like the "GTplanet GT6" home. And it should be made by the guys up top. Everyone's making their own tracks or recreating real ones which is fine and all. But to have that one where we all want to race and be well known would be great.

Its flat mostly so this would be so close to the real life version.

The assen tt circuit in the Netherlands would be awesome and realistically do-able. Especially the older version, pre 2005 I think, also salzburing is an awesome track, if anyone is willing to put a bit of time into these I will try them when your done!

I'm trying to make a version of Grindelwald
My only problem is, understanding how to scale track images.
Grindelwald in GT2 is 1,055 m long. But mine is nearly 6,500 m long. Is there a way, in Photoshop, to scale images so that they drop into the editor 1:1 ? Also, i think i'm going in reverse too !
