CRAP DiRT Rally Club [PS4] Racenet League Events live

Official Rally Report: Greece- JDM_V0RT3X7373:

My goal for this rally was to keep the mistakes to a minimum and hope to get in the top 5. Unfortunately I did have a couple of mistakes that I'm sure cost me the 10 seconds I would have needed to break into the top 5. I feel like I drove well, but the people in front of me simply drove better.

End of rally report: was a garbage rally for me, usually end the rally on form and gaining back places. I only continuously lost places, hoping to not repeat this performance.

Well that's the dust and heat of Greece over with for this season. We had our best ever start line up with 30 competitors lining up to face the challenge. I'm glad to say 20 competitors managed to complete the rally.

So here are the power stage results and the updated championship standings.

Next we are off to the sealed surface of Rally Germany, watch out for those hinkelstiens!

Drove a decent rally Greece. Made one mistake on stage 3 (I think) where I had a slow speed roll. The last couple of stages I drove very well without making mistakes, but it wasn't enough to match the pace of the front runners 👍
Now onto my favourite rally :)

Greece was a strange rally for me, the pace was okay in the first few stages but then I wrecked the car with a roll on SS4, even without that I probably wasn't quick enough to beat anybody above though.

I actually enjoyed Greece for once. The only real problem I had was a roll on stage 4 that actually didn't cost me too much time. Glad to be leading the championship at the moment but the next rally is one of my weakest. I just don't seem to be able to match the pace of the front runners on the tarmac of Germany.

For anyone interested in competing on the Pikes Peak hillclimb I have set up a season here https://www.dirtgame.com/uk/leagues/league/46298/crap-hillclimb

I will also be looking into setting up a rallycross league shortly.

That link is for the existing CRAP Hillclimb league, yeah?

You know what; I'll race rallycross. I'm starting to think that's the only way I may possibly be able to stand on the podium with you ALIENS. You guys rally race like Steve Vai plays guitar.

What ABS level recomended, first i use 5 ,then 1,but rain stages wheels lock. Now i use 2 and it feels quit good.

Firstly - welcome to the league! Tons of fun...as you'll soon see.
Secondly - assists will slow you down and really limits your ability to be aggressive. That said, maybe some assists would've helped me stay in the road on Greece...but seriously, you'll notice immediate results if you turn them off.

I ended up getting to confident in the stages only to mess up the end. I honestly contemplated just retiring. But Germany is next, I can be relatively competitive here. maybe even take one stage, again, my only competitive stage.

Especially in Greece (much like Sweden) it's deceptively fast. And when I try and keep that pace, the smallest mistake has huge consequence. Rather than pitch my entire racing rig, PS4 and TV out the window, I quit :irked:

OK everyone, I have put together a CRAP Rallycross league. I'm not quite sure how this works but it is set up as 3 events, 1 a week at the clubman circuit for each venue. We will be using the 1600 cars to start with, ai is set to medium, 3 heats, 2 semi's and 2 finals. All dry sunny weather.
If this works out OK I will put together a full championship in the new year.
Events start at 8am this Friday and the league page can be found here crap-rallycross

I just bought AC when it was 30€ in PS Store. I have mostly drove it with my friend now and we have liked it. One of biggest flaws are those public servers because there are almost always someone who just want to wreck your car. Still don't get it, why would you buy a game like that (sim) and your only purpose is to crash others since start and then wait others to pass you again and try to hit them. When you actually find a good racers it's very much fun!

Then back to Dirt. My Subaru team has been really busy trying to build another car for me. My old one is still burning in Greece. The job is hard because I just don't seem to get fast in Germany. Still hoping to get my first points this season!

We don't all have to be there, live? Like an F1 race? Or, do we just put in times and the fastest time in the championship round wins?
