CRAP DiRT Rally Club [PS4] Racenet League Events live

***Official Rally Wales Report***
A big shout out to the top five drivers in this rally. A competitive grind, for sure. Consistency and bravery are the keys to being successful in Wales.
A frustrating event for me. The first half of the rally was tentative for me. That said, the leading pack was within sniffing distance and for me personally, I was impressed with myself as it's a tough venue. Then, for each of the next four stages, it was one misstep on each stage that cost me big. It turns out the @ELmarcotuff isn't the only homicidal maniac behind the wheel. I turned some Welsh into jam myself.
I'll take the good. I didn't crash out, which happens to me in Wales more than I care to remember, and I'm starting to find a certain level of pace in Wales which I think is start of truly understanding how to attack that particular rally.
On to Greece, where it doesn't get any easier!

Well a very big thank you to @Juzatus for kindly getting the results to me. So here are the final standings after round 1.

I will make sure I capture the results properly for future events!

What a disappointed Rally Greece. Started with a great time and in the 2nd stage I got a penalty (again!).
Stage 3 was absolutely bad and in Stage 4 the rally found an end for me and I had to retire. I hate this rally. To slow for me... :irked:

Fortunately the next rally is in Germany on tarmac (my home soil ;)). Think that I can go max attack there.

Maybe because I've been to Canada twice coaching hockey goalies. :)

Goalies are the greatest athletes in professional sports, in my humble opinion. That said, I'm pretty spoiled when it comes to witnessing goaltending excellence. Ken Dryden. Patrick Roy. And of course, we're really spoiled now with Carey Price.

I've finally gone for Sebastien Loeb Rally before Amazon sold out. That will probably mean I forget how to play on Dirt Rally.

I'm curious as to what you'll think of it. It's got a huge amount of content, I'll say that off the top. I imagine that you race with a wheel, and if so I'm really curious as to what you think of the FFB. The physics I think are good, but the co-driver's calls are terrible at best, and just plain wrong at worst. This is too bad, as the stage design is pretty awesome. Methinks anyway...but yes, I think you should practice SLRE lots and lots and lots and give us CRAPPERS a chance ;-)

I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago. While I don't regret the purchase, I find myself putting in DiRT more than any racing game I have. I kinda have to, as I keep trying to catch you and @Eyeseeh50 PB times...which is proving to be a real challenge...

I can't really say too much because I've only done a couple of stages but it definitely plays better on the gravel stages than the asphalt. It looks surprisingly nice too for a Milestone game. I play on a controller so no nothing about FFB but the way it vibrates lets you know you're not driving on a smooth F1 track. I can see what you mean about the pace notes. I was driving in France and the co-driver was calling 90 degree turns as 3rd gear, sometimes he will read corners and not have the arrows show up and other times the exact opposite.

It's not perfect but it's still a good game, it was only £13 which is nice too.

I used to play as a goalie in Finland. Had to give up playing last season because this problem with my knee. Anyway I'm now back in action of Dirt rally and after having six weeks of brake without touching steering wheel well... It's like a brand new game for me again! Why this car doesn't stay on the road?
I thing I need to practice a bit before entering this weeks rally Greece.

Finnish hockey has come a long, long way in the last twenty years. We love the Finns in Montreal, considering how loved our former captain Saku Koivu is. In fact, we still feel what he gave to our city. Because of him, Montreal has the best cancer treatment centers in all of Canada. We owe that guy a lot!

Super stoked you're back to competing. It'll be great to see some of your posted times.

Well my season did not start very well. I was doing ok, got 15 second penalty on stage 2, run decent stage 3 and then run off the cliff at stage 4. It's now zero points from my 2 strongest rallies.

I still have same sensors but hand controll ,brake sensor is different but idea same.

First pic,brake+ F1 gear.
Second,accuralation ring,handbrake "push" and gear.

Im guessing your PSN is arttu4 (which is showing up in the CRAP Dirt Rally league) and not as your profile shows here arttu2.
I have watched your Youtube vid of your modified T500 and I'm well impressed with your skill using it. I will have to meet up on track with you in PCars sometime!👍
