No idea Mark, when the Renault DLC came out I found it in PS Store and not linked to the PCars related items tab in your PS menu, I had it roughly 8 hours before anyone else,
If its midnight Sydney time it should be available here already, if not then its 2 hours away, personally Id say it should be accessible inside this half hour,
