Fair enough in that case one last try before the wheel comes. You still have to be easy on throttles, brakes as if you were using your G27 pedals.

This DS4 CONFIG is mine based on the ones used by SMS vehicle lead Casey Ringley.

If it's still too difficult then i suggest joining in anyway. We're an understanding lot (echoing what Spooky said).

Not bad for a days work, no practice, no setup! Started last in race 1 and 2nd to last in race 2, i'll put up some race action later!! A win for you guys my fellow CRAPpers!! 👍 #SICKWIZARD!

CANCEL THAT so, even though nosoks can't download stuff, the other guy can and it WILL share to soks account. This is good cuz the other fella doesn't have to buy ps+ .. soks will continue to be the player online

Sorry CRAPpers, I have to admit, I was a traitor, by taking part in that GT4 World Championship, although as you saw above, I got a win for us CRAPpers!!!! Despite not a lap of practice or setup, against a bunch of semi-aliens! :lol::lol:

A crazy 15 minutes of live action is all I could get, but great stuff here, although in my opinion they were a bit over aggressive., Therefore i won't race them again.

After some early battling, It all starts at 2:12 when Aletdownofstate barges past me at turn 1, for which he gets the “flashing lights” treatment, :banghead: then later on the lap his “teammate” the wizard hits me from behind at the last chicane at 3:53, which gives me a 5 second penalty in the process!! :mad:

Then, over the next lap or 2 I push hard to catch them, then it all gets crazy from 8:36, with scuderiaTV pushing past (again, he did it to me 2 times in race 1) at the right hander before the final chicane (more light flashing from me for his over aggression yet again) Then after that I get past them into second before my pitstop. Pitted early, which worked as jumped them all, then passed aletdownofstate, who didn’t stop, with 6 laps to go to win, enjoy the video it’s well worth watching!!

#CRAPWin!!! ;)👍

To be fair you broke a little early and he had a chance at an overtake up the inside but obviously overshot on the brakes. Didn't appear to be any contact and if it was then it was only side contact. Doesn't seem too bad to me. Not really a barge and it didn't unsettle your car did it?

3:53

I don't see any contact with the car behind. You speed slows down as expected, there's no change in the gradual slowdown of your speed on the video or sudden change in the direction you are facing. Are you sure you got bumped? Could you just have got the angle wrong for the corner?

8:36

Scuderia didn't go past you or seem to hit you at 8:36. There was a little side to side contact at 9:05 from the left with the Karsten_beoulve car coming back on track but it sorted itself out. He should have looked right to see where you were when he came back on (is he the "wizard"?). At 10:02 Scuderia definitely bumped past you. However, could you have been lagging? If you were then he might not have seen you in the same place as you were in your game. If you weren't lagging then it was an unfair move.

It doesn't seem overly dirty but it was an excellent and exhilarating win.

I see iwasere was in that race. He used to drive with CRAP a lot in GT5 days. He suffered with really bad lag and we used to suffer quite a lot as his lag ghost would take out quite a few of us. It wasn't intentional and he was a good racer once he sorted his connection out. We didn't mind too much because he was such a nice guy (for a scouser, sorry couldn't resist). If others are still getting lag from you Hammy is there anything you can do your end? Apologies if there wasn't any lag. You could always ask to see their replays.

You should consider yourself semi-alien anyway!

Hopefully I can lure him into running in the V8 event this weekend, he's not getting a long with the G29 as well as most,

The first incident at turn 1 with Aletdownofstate, we were together, but i actually braked, allowing his car to slide past mine. (This is maybe a solution to avoid those frustrating "velcro effect" incidents, BRAKE, don't turn).

The second one, at the chicane with the "wizard", and there was slight contact, which made my car have a little "tank slapper" over the right kerb, and gave me a penalty.

At 8:36 Scuderia didn't hit me no, but yes the wizard tapped me a bit when he came back on track after i did the "switch back" on him. Later that lap yes, Scuderia pushed past when i was being held up by the "sideways" while Aston Martin.

I didn't have any lag at any time last night during both races, the wizard even confirmed that my car was stable (a miracle for him to say that! I still can't believe it myself!) So i was "in sync" with other cars at all times, although in the GT4 thread some mention that iwasere had lag at some moments, but i didn't see it myself.

I can't believe the comments a couple of those guys are making in the GT4 thread, it's crazy lol!!

Thanks John, but i'll never be an alien, i don't play the game enough to be that good, sadly! :(

It was a great race, sadly the game went straight to the lobby after the clock countdown, so no chance to save the whole thing.

As i said, the win was for all of us, to show that us CRAPpers can race, and win!!! ;) 👍:cheers:
 
And also. If theres nothing planned tonight. Ill be holding some random car track combos...

5 min warm up only to set up ffb!
No qually. Random grids.
4-7 lap races dependant on car/track.

We can either do people pickin a number to really create random combinations of car and track... or anyone who joins can choose a car track combo...

Either way.. tonight should be all about fun racing with no messing!

Ah were at work daytime, and some members are from usa. So Obviously there on later too..

However u should fimd us onlime nearly every night
If your on tomorrow im sure we could shoot u an invite :)
