I been on down a slide lately with this game. I'm use to the wheel though. I just need to get faster with other car's and track combinations that I struggle with. I can get the pole for race's which is good but trying to close the deal in races is the frustrating part. I finish second a lot (in open lobbies not against you guys I don't think lol) but still haven't won an online race yet using a wheel. I just gotta sit down one day and put in a lot of practice with the cars I'm struggling with currently. I think when NASCAR heat evolution comes I'll be easily competitive because it's only just oval tracks besides two and you don't have to do any heavy braking most of the time like how you gotta do with other racing games that has just road courses. I'll get there hopefully. The only thing I'm nervous about is that if I'm struggling with pcars with a wheel then how will I do with it in Assetto corsa......

Apparently you can alter the driving aids prior to entering the time trial, something I never knew before, to be honest, I don't know which ones are off or on or on or off or on.

Welcome to the group. Race with us a bit and we'll add you to the PSN chat group outlined in the first post in this thread. It's handy for picking up invites to CRAP races whether they are preplanned events or just casual sessions. We don't add people in there straight away until we've got to know them a bit.
Adding active members from the thread (and that chat group once you're on it) will make it much easier to find our generally private races.

I'll have a look to see if there are others.
I tried changing between realistic aids and then turned them all off for this trial. After a short time to readjust technique braking and throttle control I ended up with a time almost exactly the same.
You can adjust the ffb for the car in the garage and ensure its saved for that (or all) tracks even though actual car settings in the saved tune are ignored for non tuning races.

Also has anyone had success racing with any of our members using the new names in the Crew Chief app? I was wondering if the custom names he's kindly added have worked for any of us.
I believe there's a new update and he's updated the names again.
