Hi there. The OP looks really great, definitely! Thumb up for your work @Mamaghi 👍 .
I'd signed up if tires (and not tiers :P) would have been RH only or even Meds. But I definitely hate Softs :indiff:

Only a frenchy could notice that , Thank you very much for your interest Litchi, you are more than welcome, However, Both, Hard and Soft Racing Tires :Dwill be used for races.

The tracks are good, i like to drive this car, I like the qualifier system, the time table looks pretty fine as it's late evenings for me. The only thing I don't like are the RS tires. So I'll do some tests and I'll let you know this week if I sign up or not.

Take your time mate, But shame to not sign up because of only one "negative" point ;)

Hi there. Well, I just finished to read all 7 previous pages.

Some points to clear:

- Units: BHP = HP, most of English people use this unit. This is different from CV, indeed. CV is used by Latin people like France, Italy, Spain, etc. The conversion is a bit tough to understand I know, but in any case, 310cv = 307hp/bhp. So, to the guys with a car at 307hp, don't worry, you're good.
To make it clear, the best way on gtplanet is to speak only on HP cuz people could be quickly confused when you use CV on this forum.
Tip: As GT is very easy to understand (and I don't have problem with english), my PS3 is set in english so I don't have to do any conversion when I run a series on gtp, plus it's a very good way to learn some english words ;)

- Time: The best way is, one more time, to speak the same language. Well, we all know that UTC/GMT is the 0 Time. On summer (now) UK is UTC+1, East US is UTC-4 and West US is UTC-7.
Tip: My PS3 is set to GMT Time and I never change to Daylight Saving. I always use the 0 time which never changes. One more time, this is easier for the series on gtp.
Info: GMT = UTC. GMT: Greenwich Mean Time. UTC: Coordinated Universal Time. As it's said, UTC is universal so I prefer to use it rather than GMT even if it's the same which is proper to UK because of Greenwich :P

- Popularity: Maybe it's a bit late to say this but I think you should have run the test/practice session on public lobbies. Actually, this is how I discovered gtplanet 3 years ago, I just joined a public gtp lobby and I was interested about the organization in the room. But it's not too late, you guys can still practice in public lobbies between each round huh. And you can link interested people by using a quick bitly url. These url are really easy to create and learn, really easier than the gtp url's. I created one for you: http://bit.ly/gtpcliocup

Cheers :cheers::gtpflag:

Wooow all the seven pages I know that the Ministry of justice is boring but not that point,

Units : cv/ch/ps are the french and german translation of HP, BHP is Different. PD Considers that BHP = HP, but it's wrong.
Here is the conversion link :http://www.convert-measurement-units.com/conversion-calculator.php?type=power
Guys with 307 hp, are not worried, It was Clear since P1. But thx

BHP to hp.png
Time Zone : Here again, i don't understand what's the problem, we all know UTC=GMT/ EST (Eastern Standard Time) = UTC/GMT-5. No need to clarify somthing already clear and already understood by everyone here.

Popularity: The event is promoted as good as it should be, hopefully we will have an appropriate and acceptable number of entries. 👍

Thank you, i appreciate your concern.:gtpflag:

Cheers ;)

From experience, I know that some gtp users are quite confused if we don't speak in their own language. How many times I read here and there "What's the time for me? I live in xxxxx", "How much HP should I have?". The thing is that many of guys just don't know how to convert time or HP, etc. They just wanna race and that's all.

No offense to you with the points I clarified, don't worry. The thing is that you're pretty new here and people could think that you lack of experience to own a series. But I have no doubt you can handle it very well, especially when I see the hard work you've done to create the OP 👍

@Litchi, people will keep asking questions and will still confused even if you speak 36 languages + their own language :), we are just doing our best trying to make it as clear and simple as possible. Finally, all this is for fun so, NO Worries :)

And I plan to open a room to test the car today around 1500GMT. I'll post room number here, anyone interested feel free to join 👍

Well, I think i'm going to sign up finally.
Still hate the RS tires but hey, we can't have everything we want anyway. Or for that I'll need to create my own series but I'm down to this for now. Plus I don't have the time to handle a series right now. So I'll just follow the rules of this one as a good lil' boy.

I seen that you guys posted logos of your teams. Don't know if that is useful but I created mine anyway, just in case.

It's a PNG 500*171, i don't think you'll need a bigger, or let me know in this case.
