2.) 1985 Ford Mustang GT 5.0
1. Yes, I just posted pictures of the 1993 Cobra R in one of the photo threads. 2. It's a better Mustang for sure, but they're not the same car.You know we already have the Fox Body Cobra R, right? That's just an improved GT 5.0.
I already included the SVO in an earlier post. The 1986 Turbo SVO would probably make more sense.
I know they're not the same car. But they're both variants of the same car. With the GT being a lesser performing version. It's akin to asking for a 435i with the M sport package even though we already have the M4. Or a V6 Camaro even though we already have the SS.1. The point is to have access to multiple trims of a car like in real life, because honestly; I find it annoying that Turn 10 only includes the highest trim models without considering other ones. Like how there's only the 2013 Shelby GT500 in FH3 when I would love to drive the 2013 Boss 302.I know they're not the same car. But they're both variants of the same car. It is just a wishlist, I just don't see the point in it.
And I think it's better to use DLC slots on new cars and chassis than to waste it on a rehash of a model we already have with a slightly different rear wing. Or we could go full GranTurismo and have 40+ different Skylines. The point is to have access to multiple trims of a car like in real life, because honestly; I find it annoying that Turn 10 only includes the highest trim models without considering other ones. Except that the 1985 Mustang isn't a rehash of an existing model when they have a different interior, exterior, and performance specs and I'm not asking to go full Gran Turismo. I'm just asking for more than one trim option per car generation. And I think it's better to use DLC slots on new cars and chassis than to waste it on a rehash of a model we already have with a slightly different rear wing. Well good for you, that's your opinion. However, I don't mind paying for a lower trim of a car and other people wouldn't mind either since I've seen people happily pay dlc to drive a BMW 323ti compact when there was already an e36 M3 in FM6.I'm not opposed to having the lower spec models in the base game, just don't like the idea of wasting a DLC slot and asking us to pay $1 or so for a less desirable version of a car we already have for free.
Well, the Marauder for starters was never a police car. So, police lights on one doesn't make sense. Also, Turn 10 added that as it was a highly requested car in the series as shown at the post at the top of the page in this link:Sort of reminds of the Crown Vic P71 we just got. Kind of annoying we didn't get the Marauder. Which was a superior version in every measurable way. And there's no reason they couldn't have offered the police push bar and lights as an option on that. But instead of a 320 horsepower all-black muscle car, we got a 250 horsepower fleet model.

Um, yes it does. If a car looks different on both the outside and inside while performing different, then it's different. The 85 IS a rehash. It's a Fox body mustang. They gave it body updates, sure. But cosmetic upgrades do not equal different car.
Well then, I apologize for that, I'm just giving my two cents on why Turn 10 choose the P71 over the Marauder.Your argument makes as much sense as saying they shouldn't have offered the police-spec parts for the SRT8 Charger in FM4, which they did.
If a car rides on the same platform, uses the same major internals, same bodyshell, and the same name, it's the same car.Um, yes it does. If a car looks different on both the outside and inside while performing different, then it's different.
Whoa, you don't need to go nuts with the text,

Alright, I give up; they're the same car and I'm wrong. If a car rides on the same platform, uses the same major internals, same bodyshell, and the same name, it's the same car.
I got that, that's why I edited that part out of the comment.Wasn't going nuts, I was providing examples in which your 'not used as a cop car' makes little sense in regards to T10 past decision making.
And I wasn't debating that your choice is or is not wrong. I was simply saying I didn't agree with it.Alright, I give up; they're the same car and I'm wrong.

Anyway, my point before was that I see significant differences between the models to think that there's room for both. Plus, I was posting that for fun, like what the thread is about. There's no guarantee that any of the cars I posted will be in the dlc anyway, I'm just thinking of cars I would like to see in future games.
We already have the Charger Daytona which is kinda like the Superbird.AGIP Car Pack
2017 Ferrari J50
2016 Jaguar XE R Sport
1995 McLaren F1 LM
2002 Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG
1993 Vauxhall Cavalier Turbo 4X4
2003 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning
Barn Find: 1970 Plymouth Superbird
2.) 1966 Shelby GT350 (With GT350R body mods)
For me, I honestly didn't know that, I just assumed the performance figures were similar. I don't research as much as I should. Can you provide me a source on that though?Don't know why everyone asks for the '66. The '65 was lighter and faster.
