Will you take advantage of a GT7 credits glitch?

  • Yes, but only to acquire some very expensive cars to avoid having to grind for them later.

I voted No. Although I was tempted when I bought the game last December, saw through searches there was some credit glitch apparently in the earlier versions to make millions I didn't bother to take the chance. Now as I've gone through the stages I was glad I didn't as it allowed me to progress through the game better. Then the realisation of Seasonals came to be and how easy it was to earn massive amounts of millions it made it that much better. Plus it was nice to earn the credits, buy, win cars and not have to worry about garage space issues. Now I earn so much credits via the Seasonals I often have much more credits than I could cater for and have to spend them just in order to deplete the limit. With those things in mind I'm contented to go through the normal route and enjoy the experience.

There wouldn't be a need for this if PD knew how to make the game fun and not so restrictive for no logical reason. I can name at least two games that do (and did) what GT6 should have done in terms of in-game economy. One of them is actually Gran Turismo (3 and 4). The other is the one we already know for the rival console.

I was about to say No, because I have a feeling that grinding in Sport will be part of the fun. Especially if much of that grinding is simply racing online. But then I thought, what if there's a special car just out of reach like a NOMAD Diablo or Ford GT... I might do it.

Has it been confirmed there will be credits in GTS? Haven't seen them on a screen yet and without a traditional offline mode it might be there won't be no credits/ car collecting.

Credits are confirmed. A few of the pre-order bonuses feature 500,000 and 1 million credit packs.

So seeing the campaign mode looks like it will be a bunch of driving tests, credits will be there for collecting cars online i suppose. Cheers.

I did in GT6 and I'm glad or otherwise I would have never even gotten close to being able to drive the cars I wanted, PD selling credits for cash was taking the piss and so was the original credit income at launch. If the credit income was more reasonable and sustainable to begin with then glitching would not have been required.

If something similar occurred in GT7 then I'd do it if I felt it would improve my gameplay, but I doubt that situation will arise.

It's entirely possible that credits are to be earned through online racing.
