the t&l guys(fairplay, graffen and me) tried to join tonight, but only had a lot of disconnections im sorry to say. was really hoping to get some good race action with maz, mario, maciek, prudentbear, jack, uk86, autoaki, volcano, wanna_be, jvm and matt. know you are all good racers. really annoyed we couldnt connect. instead took some time to tune a little on the nsx. will see when im not so tired if there is any fruit to the labour... hope to be in some good grid races soon.
anyone else noticed there being more disconnections as of late? or is it just t&l? so boring when trying to connect time and time again, but just being disconnected.

@uk86ze: Yes it was, it's always a pleasure to race against someone knowing that it is safe to go wide in a corner without being automatically punted off 
After a few nights with the 350Z I decided to try the Clio. I don't know how this litle (ugly ) car stands against the F430 or the NSX, but I guess that with a litle tuning work it will be a contender for top spot. The 350Z lacks speed and acceleration out of corners (at least mine, Wanna_B's is definitely faster coming out of Turn 2, Degner and Spoon, but in a full lap both cars are almost even).
I'll stick to the Clio for a few more nights, what I like about this event is that there are many cars that can be competitive there.

yea nice racing guys, the few races i managed to catch other GTP'ers in, as for the 350Z like i said to GTP_Hun i think it needs a couple more pp to give the F430's a run for there money. Im done with that tune now, don't thinki any more tweaks could find me any more speed to match you guys. Done a set-up for the Proto, but i guess using that would ruin the RW event as it's set for 30/70 drive so tomorrow will bring along my Skyline coupe a little bit quicker than the 350Z so hopefully can maybe pass some of you 430's instead of sticking to your rear bumper.

Good luck trying to find an NSX tune that's forgiving! I have one that I'm sure will run 2'11's (best currently a 2'12.2)... suspension settings from memory (Minimum weight, power set to give 600PP)...

Toe -0.37 +0.50 (thanks to Timo for these as they are from an old tune of his)

IMO, the NSX is only really suitable for wheel/pedal users as requires some throttle to be on almost all the time to balance the lift off oversteer... oh, and it's very oversteery on the throttle too... in other words, it pretty much oversteers everywhere. But get it right and it's incredibly rewarding to drive
Looks like some extremes of what I am doing more or less. I think I can make something more balanced.

My Nsx tune is quit balanced or atleast getting close to it, i can just about use full power from dunlop to degna 1 if im smooth on the steering. And full power is from the hairpin to spoon.

My NSX tune is up at TLD now, did some tweaks before releasing it and I must say it's quite a comfortable car to drive now. Not as comfortable as say.....my Corvette 
but very good. I did a 2'12.7 very easily in it, didn't do too many hotlaps but low 2'12s are more than possible. Best part (I hope, how about some feedback?
) is the fact it's fast, but stable and consistent for races.

How many people would be horrified if we did what PD can't and even up the competition for at least one or 2 cars? The Viper GTS and Corvette can't accelerate nearly as quickly, and yet we do have 650 PP to play with. I was wondering, provided everyone will be OK with it, if I could recruit a team of unbiased drivers to do some testing so we can decided how many PP a Viper and Corvette could have to compete?
First, I want to hear people's opinion on this (we're only evening things up after all, the NSX will undoubtedly still be fastest, I just want similar acceleration, not lap times). Would anyone object to evening the playing field?
Reminder: The Corvette and Viper can't accelerate as fast as cars with downforce, they can't even overtake a Cali, or even keep up really, even with the help of a draft. The M3 has 55kw more than the Corvette and only weighs some 40-60kg more.
Then, if everyone's OK with it, volunteer test drivers please PM me if you're interested. I'd like to have it done by the weekend.

I think the Vette and Viper are both under used cars online but i would liketo test them first before puting a vote to letting them have more pp that the others. You just know if you win in a vette with more pp the other will say, "yeah but you have more pp points than us".
