Just cruising? These days you hate to keep a close eye, and know where the camera's are.

I got caught doing 85mph in a 50 zone. Funny thing is I don't even have a licence cause I'm 15!! Haha. Nah I had to give my bro 100euro to produce his licence.

WTF? 85 in a 50?

115 on a 70?

I can never imagine overgoing limits by more than 5mph on purpose! Keep those sorts of speeds for the track lads.

once you have a license, you can lecture me.. ;)

EDIT: Once you have a license for more than 2 years, you can lecture me.

134 on a 65 :P

I got a ticket once for my exhaust being too loud? WTF you stop a 350z that sounds nice and deep, but you don't stop that ricemobile that sounds like a lady crisis?

Stop moaning you got the best job going out of the lot of us. ;)

Last time i checked, Cerebus worked at a store with hot swedish chicks. I'd call it even between him and Jimmy.

I should hopefully be up there once I find a photography job, just really annoyed with A-level @ college atm, really sucks! It's for people who want to procede in a subject, but does ****-all towards helping students to that objective, apart from what just the exam needs.

The HND I'm looking at is very hands on, very direct and useful to what I want to do.

My test is on Friday Jimmy! Can't wait to drive by myself.

APPLY THEN!!!!!!!!!! lol

I'd say Cerebus working with hot swedish chicks is better! Now, what if I hired hot Swedish Mechanics? OMNOMNOMNOM

Hate to break it to you Chris but unless you buy yourself a studio and become a fashion/family/occasion photographer, you wont earn a dime. Unless you turn to journalism and work for a newspaper. (Newspapers now make the journalists take pictures, they don't hire photographers anymore.).

I wouldn't say this if it wasn't true, i've played through my options plenty times. I've got 2 websites dedicated to my portfolios and even 1 on facebook. I know so many people purely working towards being a "Photographer" but they have no idea what field they want to work in.

Weddings pay big, so do fashion magazines. But before you even get to that stage you need the studio and the equipment, and you already know that NONE of that will come cheap.

If there are speedlimits why do they make cars go faster than those limits? ^^
I Like speed! But only when it's safe and i'm sure I wont get anyone hurt. So I only step the gas when im on a highway, alone in the car, and without traffic. Does that make me a bad guy ? Do i need to go to the tracks ? xD

APPLY THEN!!!!!!!!!! lol

I have! I had an interview! She said that with my predicted grades there's no reason why I wouldn't get in.

I know photography's a pain to make a living from, but there is next to nothing I would do as an alternative! Any job I can get with a magazine, a website, a paper or working within a studio would be amazing!

It's probably quite different in Portugal, much more open roads and I'm guessing less speed cameras. In the Uk you're lucky to see over a hedge along country roads, you never know what's around the corner.

Totally with you there Chris, the closest i've been getting to "paid" work was getting into gigs for free to take band pictures - that being said. £5 entry for 300+ pictures of a 20 minute set at which the gig ends at midnight and the pictures are edited and uploaded by 3am can feel rather unrewarding. (When i have work to do, i freaking work.)

Chris, theres being fast and smart and theres being fast and stupid. I've wrote off 1 car and at that, it wasn't even my fault. When I see the chance, I gun it!. But I'm a smart driver!

Going to be around a fair bit tomorrow, might just nab my camera and bugger off for a bit, see what happens. Will really nuckle down on shoots once I'm past A-level. Driving will allow me to get to locations or events which is almost impossible atm, besides things like BDC which hopefully I'll see more than one of this year.

WTF? 85 in a 50?

want me to photocopy and upload a picture of my best ticket on my motorbike

81 in a 30.... :ouch:

Best bit about it.... i got away with 3 points an a £60 fine :sly:
In my defence, my speedo was broke at the time and it was very cold... still no excuse though. i got away lucky! i dont speed in 30 zones anymore :-)

Just had a fry up for dinner, fair to say my bum is very warm right now!

Well Chris, you're kinda right there. We do have quit alot of open roads. But as jimmy said, im also a smart driver, only push it when i'm sure i won't get anyone in danger. That's why i never do it in city roads, only on fast roads. where speed limit is 120km/h and push the audi to 200+ if there ain't much traffic. ^^
