Diablo 3, coming May 15th. I'm torn, Kaz, will you rescue me?

Reaper of Souls expansion pack for this is out next tuesday (5 days!). Been watching the newly released videos of some of the abilities, could be some interesting talent spec combinations.



I'm probably going to be playing it on the launch day, Barbarion as usual and then maybe give the Crusader a try. Game is pretty fun now though a lot different to how it was before, the Auction House being gone is a negative for me as I used it to purchase my consumables, dyes and crafting materials etc.

But ahh well.

I started to play Diablo 3 again after not playing it much when it was first released. I have mostly stuck to playing a Barbarian, but have jumped to Witch Doctor some. I have also messed around a bit on the other three classes. I cannot really decide on which one I enjoy playing the most.

Expansion pack is launching tonight, really looking forward to it. Strange time to launch a game though (11pm on a monday night), but I'l roll with it, day off tomorrow to play it... Didn't think I'd get this psyched for a game!

Yeah, I'm looking forward to putting a Crusader through his paces tonight as well. Got tomorrow off, too, so I've got that going for me, which is nice.

Might as well revive this threat. Anyone playing again after 2.1.2 was released? Didn't add a lot of content or anything, but the increased likelihood of getting good legendaries and sets instead of some filler crap makes all the difference for me. The changes to Rifts and Greater Rifts are awesome as well.

My Barbarian is in pretty decent shape right now, leapquaking through T6 and Grifts up to 31 quite easily. Made possible by the increased quality of the legendaries I find

Yeah, I still play this once in a while. I've only just got to Paragon 100 so I haven't been powerful enough to speed clear T1 rifts until recently. Making an alternate build DH while actively avoiding all the usual equipment, other than ROG, means I'm not as powerful as I should be but I'm having fun anyway.

I think I need to up-spec my Crusader though. Hasn't been played since hitting level 70.

Yeah, my Crusader's gathering dust as well. He's got a few hand me downs from my Barbarian and that's about it...

Can players from different regions play together, by the way? I'd offer some help with gearing wherever I can.

No, regions are still separated. It will probably take less than a day to have my characters up to speed again, especially if I jump in to a public session with some legendary-item hunters.

Yeah, it's pretty easy to gear up now, mostly at least. Did a few T6 rifts just now and one had the goblins that spew Blood Shards once taken down. Since they spawn in pairs right now, that's some 500 Blood Shards on top of the ~100 you get for the rift.

Too bad I've gotten about ten Immortal King chest pieces by now instead of Raekor's
