Hopefully you won't care about the subsequent hate train that will follow every post you make with a V6 Mustang in it, either.

I've posted them before, and no one complained. It's a Mustang. Regardless of it's engine. I feel the same about any other "muscle car" with a less-than-stellar engine installed. Fox Body with a 2.3L or a 1970 Dart with a 225 /6.

Apparently C7's are still rare in some places so if they're still rare where you're at, by all means do post it.

Hell I've already seen 6-8 in the last two months, blue chrome isn't a GM paint as far as I know hence why I ask. I live in a city called Tempe here in Arizona and you see virtually everything. And the people driving these cars are usually younger than you and I...:(

I'll post it up later though I'm too lazy to get my phone right now...

They must have been overshadowed by the better content in your posts.

It's a Mustang.

That's like posting an '85 (Corolla-based) Nova because "it's a Nova". It may technically be a Nova for all intents and purposes, but it's hardly related to the early seventies Nova that people lust over. A V6 Mustang, especially if it's completely stock, barely has any connotations to a 429 Mustang from forty years ago. It just isn't special. If it's not special, then it's not worth posting. If it's not worth posting, then don't post it, regardless of any "I don't give a crap about anyone other than myself" attitude you may have, because that's how a forum works: you post meaningful stuff. If you go around posting stuff that only satisfies yourself, then you're hardly different than White&Nerdy. ;)

And yet you completely ignore my other post.

Then there's the issue with the Nova. That generation yes is based on a Corolla, while the Mustang is it's entirely own platform as far as the new ones. By that logic, any pre-1973 Mustang I might as well not post because "it's really just a Falcon".

And yet you completely ignore my other post.

You posted it after I started my reply.

Nowhere in the OP does it say I have to cater to everyone else. Notice the title:

Did You See Anything Good Today?

Let me put this into perspective: let's say I like BMWs, because BMWs are pretty cool cars. I live in an area where 328is in particular are very common. If I posted every 328i I saw "because it's a BMW", are those posts really worthwhile? Would you really like to see fifteen black 328is from me every single day? I don't think you would. That's how everyone else feels about V6 Mustangs. If you're only posting to satisfy yourself, is it a worthwhile post?

Fair enough.

I would still post it anyways. It's a BMW. Sure I see them around. So what. It has more value/class than your average Prius. Besides, I don't think a V6 Mustang is nearly as common as your average F-150.

The fact is, I find it special/interesting, I saw it, therefore I will post it. It really doesn't matter if I don't give a crap if you all like it or not. What you are saying is not what the title of the thread is asking for, but I fully understand where you are coming from.

That said, my view is not going to change any time in the foreseeable future.

The OP also states this:
Please, only list cars that are interesting in some way. We don't want to see anything run-of-the-mill listed.

The Base Model Ford Mustang is a run-of-the-mill kind of car, which means for anyone in the US; it's not considered a good spot. I just thought I would point that out.

I don't consider any Mustang to be run-of-the-mill; V6 or not. They are still interesting to look at.

So your going to post every mustang you see in an opinion seeki thread, based around the question "did I see something good?" And still continue to keep posting them over and over even though the question has been answered about your submission? I can understand the post if it is not completely stock, or somehow differentiates itself from the rest, but why continue posting in a thread if it isn't?

Also, Your posting in this thread, that's main focus is to get an opinion on something, but then go and say "I don't care what you say nananananana"? If anything you should be posting in the "did you see something good today" thread, because your obviously not seeking an opinion.

Some cars I have to ask because I'm not sure.

The Mustang I will always post. I really don't care what engine it has or how much power it makes.

I'm not seeking an opinion about it now at all; this was entirely related to a different car. You are completely missing the point.

No I'm not, I'm going off what you said about how your going to post a mustang whenever you want because you like it. That's fine, but this is not the place for it because you are not looking for an opinion on it, you are posting it because you like it. Therefore it probably fits in more at the "did you see anything good thread" because you know it's good, regardless of what people think correct?

Fiat 500s are interesting to look at; I don't post them on the thread.
I would.

You still are missing the point. Go back and read the previous page. We are discussing this based on what @Doog said about an IROC Camaro.

Ok cool, go on and keep discussing that with him, because I never was. I'm discussing this.
I
As I previously said. I see a Mustang, V6 or not, and I will take a picture of it if I feel like it, and I will post it there.

Quite frankly, I don't care. I find it interesting, I post it. End of discussion.
Like I said, based off this, you would obviously not be seeking an opinion in any way or form on the mustang, so it obviously wouldn't belong in this thread. It would be better suited for the other thread. That's all I'm saying.

...I know this. I wasn't planning on posting them here anyways.

Well then, that changed everything. Based on your post you made it seem like you were.

Nah, no reason to. The conversation was simply in part from what Doog said earlier.

Mazdaspeed3. I seen it this morning while taking a dog to the vet. Are they considered good spots or not?

BMW X1. Only one I've seen excluding one at the Indy Auto Show. Are these considered good spots since they're still rare over here? She was weaving in and out of lanes because she owned the roads, obviously. And sorry for the zoom, we were going quite fast to pass her and I was too slow to get the whole car.

The MazdaSpeed3 is considered a good spot by me.

The X1 not that much. I see them on a daily basis. Only if it's Xdrive and the 3.0. And that's touching acceptable.
