Guys I don't think that was an S10. I just looked it up because I wasn't sure, and the front ends are entirely different. This one has something that looked like it was from 1970. It was not a V8. Had a Chevy badge in the center of the grill. Help? Grill looked nearly identical to that of a 1971 C10.

Yeah made since the early 70's and often turned into V8 muscle trucks/ street freaks.👍

Good spot I think.

At least the LUV had some owners with proper visions.... the S10 was turned into a floor-scraping cruiser with no use whatsoever....

Here's the Harley davasion edition f150 @Slash

I see them all the time here. There's 3 of them in my neighborhood. However, the fact that the two nearest Ford dealers always have a bunch of them in stock might have something to do with that.

They still sell them? Ford dropped it a while ago.

I wouldn't consider 3rd Generation Camaros to be a decent spot unless it's one that still looks showroom condition or if it's an Iroc-Z. Other than that, they're kinda common.

Because it's still a Mustang. It's no different that seeing an old one with an I6. Regardless of what engine is in it.

I'm starting to question certain peoples' judgments as to what cars are good or mediocre spots.

Except that the old ones are rare and the new ones are as rare as rocks.

Yeah, a V6 Mustang is only a good spot if it's seen in a country outside of North America.
For S197 Mustangs, I only take a picture of one if it's one of these: Boss 302, Shelby, or maybe a GT 5.0.

I knew the mustang wasn't good I was wondering if the Camaro was because I haven't seen one since last fall.

Even a I4 Fox Body is still a Mustang and I'd still call that a good spot.
but there's more to car spotting than a car being good. It has to be at least somewhat rare. If it was just good, then I might as well start taking pictures of Ford Fusions and Honda Accords.

There's a different between those and a Mustang. The Mustang is a performance vehicle even if the engines in some of them aren't really "performance".

I mean, I'm not american but a Mustang is in every street corner, I don't care if they are a performance car, thy're just too common

It doesn't matter though if the Mustang is a performance car or not, if it's a car that you can see a lot of within a day; it's not a good spot. It's like the Porsche Cayman or BMW Z4, they're good performance cars like the Mustang, but they're also commonly seen in some cases, so they don't qualify as good spots.
