Apparently this is a pretty rare limited edition car from around 05. Don't remember much on it though. No this is not modified it was actually sold this way. Want to say saleen or rousch did it.

No. It's a Saleen S302 dressed in Parnelli's livery as tribute to his Boss race car. It's a stroked engine to 302 ci & a Watts-link suspension.

It's probably just a GT dressed up as a Boss 302. I don't think the Boss comes with those rims or that spoiler.
