Did not get chrome helmet?

Is it just me? I entered code and got 60 avatars, 250k and livery package, but didnt get chrome helmet, even though on the package it says that it's included. Also another code for that's you is not working, it says it's used up

Similar issues here, didn't recieve chrome helmet from Steelbook code, and 500 000 Cr. from a pre-order code (edit: Europe pack) also missing.

I got the money, but no cars and no helmet. No idea what to do here but I'm calling PlayStation network this morning. I would think that they. And see me account, verify that I'm not lying and apply duplicate codes to try and jump over the broken ones.

Same issue here.

Bought the Steelbook version with bonus Europe theme pack. Got the cars, liveries, and only the $1,500,000 promised with the Steelbook.

Didn't get the Chrome Helmet or the bonus $500,000 in-game credit promised with the Europe theme pack.

I bought it locally in Australia, so it should work. The PSN Store did give me an error code when I first entered the codes, so who knows what's going on. I'm most miffed about not having the Chrome Helmet.

I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe. Noticed before I went to bed last night that Chrome Helmet, Cars etc had been downloaded.

At work at the moment so wont know if I have been credited with the £2m credits

No issues here - pre-ordered digital deluxe edition, everything transferred over from the demo as was promised, and all of the cash, cars and other extras present and correct. Over £3.5m in credits, 20'odd cars...happy days!

I pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition too and everything has transfered over correctly from the demo and all other content has been given to me as promised, including the chrome helmet.

By the way, I know it said we would get two million from the digital deluxe, but you will in fact receive 2,500,000 instead. : )
I don't know why PD felt generous enough to hand out an extra half million. It said only two when I got the DD edition.

Just fired up GTS. Totally bizarre. It transferred my data from the open beta however, not all my credits miles or cars have come across. Also lost all my progress. Only got 2 safety car. I did get the helmet and 12 cars. Can't find the livery pack even though it says it has downloaded.

You probably did get it but it is actually a white helmet and not metal silver chrome. I thought I didn't get it either since my helmet seemed like a standard white but when I tried editing my driver it showed that it is the custom helmet.

I'm pretty sure it's meant to come up as an "Add-On". I can't see the Chrome Helmet anywhere, just the default white one.

Just rang PlayStation Support here in Australia... they're aware of the issue (apparently received a lot of calls regarding missing content, especially the Helmet), and are supposedly working on a fix.

First they said to check the Costume Editor (where is that in the game?... I just see change Driver Gear)... then they had me Restore Licenses, and Rebuild Database from Safe Mode. It wasn't until I asked them to look at my account and see that there's no mention of the Chrome Racing Helmet or $500,000 in-game credit (from the Europe Pack) in the list of entitlements for the game. They only see the 5 items that I do (in the screenshots below).

It's been escalated and they'll get back to me in 7-10 days. That's all I got out of them!

So, PlayStation Support is aware of the issue. If, when or how it will be fixed remains to be seen!

PlayStation support has been pretty terrible this week. I must have talked to 9-10 different customer service agents since Sunday as they had a bunch of programming issues with preorders and DLCs. I still don't have the chrome helmet though...

I have collectors edition and got car packs but don’t see no chrome helmet or bmw m4 safety car or the Mercedes safety car unless it’s regeion locked And I pre ordered physical edition from eb games as well. No theme either unless it’s digital only lol.

I checked Gran Turismo site and helmet and safety cars are in collectors.

I'll have to wait 7-10 days and if it's not fixed, quote the reference number I was given to have it looked into again.

The employee I spoke to said there's no point returning the game to the retailer (JB Hi-Fi) as they can't do anything about it. Just have to play the waiting game!

I checked in home and no chrome helmet either just standard gear.

Just checked garage and cars have a info icon over them clicked on them and I need to re download the content again. I did re store licenses before.

It's only affecting those who bought physical copies of the game.

There's a Metallic Helmet in the Mileage Exchange, but it's not the Chrome Helmet.

Yep bought the collectors edition from EB in Sydney, no chrome helmet. Apparently you don’t get the dynamic theme in that edition (why?) but a mate of mine got the same edition and got the helmet and the theme...

Not pleased at all.
