Sony were apparently aware of the issue with the voucher codes not providing all of the digital contents, now they're passing the blame back on the retailers?
Retailers can't issue replacement codes.
It's not rocket science. PlayStation Support can see it in my account transactions/entitlements that I have everything from the Steelbook except for the Chrome Racing Helmet. Just add the entitlement to my account. Problem solved. Why am I still waiting over a week for this to happen?
Or, better still, they could put the Chrome Helmet on the PSN Store for sale, but if it detects that a user has DLC from the Day One, Steelbook or Collector's Edition, it should appear FREE for them, we click on it, add it to our Purchase History, download it.... Problem solved.

It’s the start of a new week here so I’m hoping this week to maybe here something lol. Forza 7 is going well though and vip update came through. Not interested in GT Sport until the missing content gets fixed. Wish I got that theme, I always like a good theme. :@) Thank you to everyone for sharing. Hope it gets fixed soon for us all.

Contacted PlayStation Support in the UK (even though i'm in Australia), uploaded files to show them what the Chrome Racing Helmet should like like, and that it should be in my Purchase History but isn't. Still investigating.
Called PlayStation Support here in Australia again yesterday, the guy I spoke to actually knew about cars and other content missing for the game, looked into my case, and added a few more notes to it... hopefully to bump it up the queue.
It's pretty pathetic. They said they'd contact me within 7-10 working days. That never happened.
If anyone on this forum has had their issues fixed or have the Chrome Racing Helmet added to their download list/purchase history, please let us know.
Me too! I am missing mine, figured I would wait for at least one person to have it resolved before seeking support. Maybe I should just try myself...
Aussie with the same Collectors Edition issue here, from what they told me it was fixed on the 19th, but it seems it was only fixed for people that redeemed their codes after the 19th (but I still think it's BS, some have said they had the issue after that). Since the 18th I've been getting nowhere with either of EB Games or PSN. EB says they've been told to direct us to PSN, even though they acknowledged to me that under Australian laws it's up to them to fix the issue. I'm getting pretty sick of email after email with no reply, and less than satisfactory treatment with phone calls.It wouldn't hurt.
According to PlayStation Support Australia, Sony rolled out a patch that supposedly fixed the issue.
So, that basically means they thought the problem was solved. Maybe they fixed it for some, but obviously not for everyone.
The more people that call them and tell them it's not fixed, the better.
Their number in Australia is 1300 365 911 (option 3 for PlayStation Network Support).
If you fail to get anywhere with them, the UK has Live Chat via the website, or you can Tweet them on Twitter and they will respond within an hour.

Just type in DLC Voucher and search for it, then you'll have some Contact Options below and if they're open, a Live Chat button will be there. Their Twitter link will also be there under Contact Options.

I'll be seriously considering taking it back for a refund and buying a copy from Target for $80 if this keeps going the way it is, might even get to keep the extras that I did get.![]()

EB also told me that when this sort of thing has happened in the past, they received the codes from Sony (PSN) and they emailed them to customers that they new had purchased the game through their EB card (which I did). Or, simply add the missing entitlements (that they can see) to my account, or put the Helmet up on the PSN Store to purchase, and if it detects we own content from the Day One/Limited/Steelbook/Collector's Editions, then it marks it as FREE, we add it to our carts, purchase it, and download it. Problem solved.

My chrome helmet is a white chrome one, is this the right one that is supposed to come with the limited edition? I'm confused rn ....
It's definitely Chrome. A lot more shiny than the Metallic one that's available in the Mileage Exchange section of the game.
It should be labelled Arai GP-6 Special Chrome when you select it from Home/Change Driver Gear/Helmets.
The white one is the default Arai Helmet. Same colour as the default Suit.
