Did not get chrome helmet?

My Day One Edition is missing the chrome helmet

Well I spent my 2,500,000 cr + the 350,0000cr from the demo already on loads of cheaper road cars.

These will start me off but they seem to be giving cars away as gifts every other race, so I have a good garage full already (Inc demo ones!) And the 12 bonus ones!

P.s still not sure if I have the pre order chrome helmet. Will check tonight what I have in editor.

Dynamic theme is frustrating to so physical copy does not have it??? Some games are like that you buy digital get a theme, so still like buying physical like myself no theme I like themes

At first I thought I never had the chrome helmet with my steel book edition, but it was under home-> change driver gear->helmets/racing suit/profile pose.

Don't look for the helmet in the livery editor which is what I done as you can't edit it, but if you edit a suit in the livery editor the chrome helmet will show up.

I'm pretty sure it's meant to come up as an "Add-On". I can't see the Chrome Helmet anywhere, just the default white one.

The default helmet is a flat gray, the white one is the chrome helmet, lol. I was disappointed and expected it to be metallic chrome. Unless the add on didn't work for all of us who got the limited, then we need to get to the bottom of this because I want my chrome helmet.

I’m 99% certain the default helmet and suit are labeled white.

A US user posted a pic of the chrome helmet and it’s clearly labeled as such.

I definitely don’t have it. I think most of us don’t have it, unless we have the digital version or got lucky somehow!

Yep, just noticed that, I don't have mine either. Nothing shows up in livery editor.

Dont use the livery editor, instead select home from the menu-> change driver gear->helmets/racing suit/profile pose and you should see the chrome helmet.

It's only affecting those who bought physical copies of the game.

I got the digital deluxe edition but missing the 12 free cars, Chrome helmet & Safety cars. It says they are installed in the ps4 notifications screens. Lost count of the amount of time iv re-downloaded them and i always get the confirmation they been installed. Its doing me in...Haven't even played the game yet ...Has anyone had these issues that didnt get the beta demo?..i was thinking the beta save file might be causing this

If they're in your Purchase History, try Restoring Licenses.

Select (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].

If that doesn't work, contact PlayStation Support.

The game isn't able to connect online at the moment (here in Australia), which seemingly makes it useless. You can't do much in the game with it offline.

On the upside, maybe they're fixing these issues? (crossing fingers)

A mate from EB gave me a spare leaflet that they had for pre-orders, which had codes for the America and Japan Theme Packs.

The America Theme Pack gave me the 3 cars and a Dynamic Theme. Yes, I didn't expect the theme. When I launched the game, it gave me a bonus $500,000 in-game credit. My Purchase History only shows the America Pack (3 cars) and Dynamic Theme.

The Japan Theme Pack gave me the 3 cars, and that's it. When I launched the game, there was no $500,000 in-game bonus, and again, there's no mention of anything but the Japan Pack (3 cars) in my Purchase History.

So, it seems all of the codes are messed up in one way or another. I'm still p'd off I don't have the Chrome Helmet from the Steelbook. I'm not entirely convinced I have the Livery Stickers (as it's unclear what they look like to check they've been added), and technically, the Europe and Japan Packs should've given me an extra $500,000 in-game credit each, so they owe me a $1,000,000 now!

I rang PS Support on Wednesday, and they said it would take 7-10 business days. I haven't received an email or phone call or anything as yet. All I have is a reference number of my case.

I'm hoping it'll be fixed some time this week. Being such a common, wide-spread issue, you'd think they'd want to fix it quick to avoid a PR disaster.

I'd like to know too. I purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition and everything else has downloaded and I'm sure the livery pack will have as well, its just I don't know how to identify it.

Thinking about it, if we just knew ONE decal that was included in this pack, that would be enough to confirm whether we do or dont have the pack. Hopefully someone can enlighten us.

I have bought Collectors edition, I have got 2 vouchers all of them I've used ,but only one gave me 1 500 000 credits and the second one should have gave me the same amount but nothing happened at all.

Wellllll.... I still don't have the Chrome Helmet, but I did get the 3 Safety Cars.

The thing is, they're not as expected... I'll add pics of what they were meant to look like (with the Merc and BMW kinda orange), and a shot of what the actual cars look like (the Merc is Silver and BMW is white by default... but i'm sure I could make them more orange).

So, i'm still missing the Chrome Helmet (from Steelbook) and $1,000,000 in-game credits (I was meant to get from the Europe and Japan Packs)... Don't know if the Safety Pack was meant to give me an extra $500,000. I don't really care about the cash, just want the Helmet!

I got the Dynamic Theme with the America Pack. It's the only pack that also gave me the promised $500,000 in-game credit. The Europe, Japan and Safety/Pace Packs didn't give me a Theme or in-game credit. Just the cars. The code I got with the Steelbook edition, also didn't give me any Theme. Just the 6 Cars, $1,500,000 and Livery Stickers (I think... not sure what they look like, so I can't be certain of that).

If you pre-ordered the digital version, that definitely should've had the Dynamic Theme. If it's one of the physical versions, different stores had different pre-order bonuses. If you happenned to snap a screenshot or photo of what was promised with your pre-order, that would help.

If you think you're missing content, it's best to query it with PlayStation Support. I'm still waiting for a response from them, so good luck!

Good luck. I called them up today since it's been 8 working days since they escalated my case.

Still nothing. Still looking into it. And, the customer service agent seemed totally clueless that most people were missing content from the game (namely the Chrome Racing Helmet)... so, it looks like I still have to play the waiting game.
